its night now and mom is busy cooking the food inside restaurant's kitchen while his son is waiting for the match to start inside the waiting room .
the popularity spike has finally calmed down now but not completely . as one can see that audience who came in the korakuen hall tonight to see ken in action is huge in number . well with this ken will not have a problem as he usually ignores the audience completely. he just Hope's that some of them can understand boxing and are here to see it patiently..

" it's time for the new local hero and the hope of Osaka to fight . the crowd is waiting in anticipation for the match to start quietly. finally the gong has rung ..." fuji san excites the crowd with his loud voice as always ..
as always ken has his winning scenario inside his mind . he is just standing in the centre of the ring and focusing on every movement of his opponent yoshida . there is no media or audience inside his mind now and just the winning scenario is being played inside his mind repeatedly.
yoshida is also focusing on ken and is feeling scared inwardly . well ken isn't aware of this fact but his opponents feel scared when they watch him after the match starts . it's because the cannot find a single opening in his stance and feel that they will get hit back no matter what punch they throw at him ..
yoshida dashes towards ken with his best speed and throws a left jab at Ken's face from below his face . but ken parries the punch away easily and throws his own right jab at yoshida's face . yoshida takes the hit and his legs wobble a bit but he manages to get away in time . his fear grows more after taking the hit and he stops charging forward and starts looking at the movements of ken with intense focus ..
yoshida cannot hear the shouts of his second who is telling him to not be afraid and charge forward. well he is right as yoshida's boxing is based on this courage which instills fear inside his opponent . but his second doesn't know that in yoshida's eyes Ken's figure is looking like a giant right now and he is the one who is feeling fear ..
after 1 minute and 3 seconds have passed since the first round started ,ken dashes forward and aims his right fist at yoshida . yoshida's body reacts automatically and he tries to doge by weaving his head in the left direction. but Ken's punch was a feint and he throws a left straight to the unguarded temple of yoshida. yoshida takes the hit but doesn't fall down immediately. but ken knows that his conscious will be cut for an instant so ken throws a right uppercut and when the face of yoshida is thrown upwards , he throws a right straight into yoshida's body . when yoshida's face comes in front of ken immediately , ken again throws a left straight at the unguarded temple. this time yoshida falls down for good and ken raises his right hand in the air as he confirms his victory .
the referee tells ken to return to the neutral corner and starts the countdown. ken watches from the neutral corner with a poker face as ren count finishes and yoshida's body doesn't even react to it . referee crosses his hands in the air and the gong also rings simultaneously signifying the end of the match ..
ken raises both his hands in the air and kou San comes inside the ring and lifts him up with a happy face . yoshida also wakes up but cannot stand properly .
ken goes towards him " yoshida , you have great power but that only will only work on half assed boxers as the true ones with spirit wont cower in fear like me . well now you know what you have to work on ." ken says with a smile and leaves the ring with kou San.
ken ignores the audience and quickly arrives in the waiting room with kou San.
" well his power was the real deal kou san "
" yes , even I felt fear after imagining getting by those punches " kou san says but his face still has a smile on it . he is remembering the brave figure of his boxer who charged at his opponent without any fear and beat the shit out of him... " he will become a strong opponent, when he fights you again . but dont worry as you will have become stronger then too. " kou San says while laughing lightly ..
" that's true . now let's go eat some ramen .I'm feeling hungry now .. " ken says ignoring the laughing old man and starts walking away ..
