Inside a run-down house, Prime put down all the things they bought at the convenience store after leaving the casino. This house is located at the heart of a forest.
It might look abandoned and haunted but the nine members of Kitsune gang all lived here. It was their home.
And no one but them knows about this place
"Call the others!" Prime ordered.
Since she won a lot of money at the Blue Beard then it's fine if they celebrate. At the big table, everyone was already seated except for Umi.
Jikan clearly called her before he reached the house but she already told him about doing something important. Though she did not say what's it all about but they know that it has something to do with following Black.
Aside from their leader, Umi is also hell bent in finding the Oni. She once told them that her parents were killed by them. She was so devastated that time and it was thanks to their leader that she managed to be strong.
The kitsune gang became her second home.
They were just disappointed that she can't join. Having all kinds of alcohol and food on the table like a feast, it was a very rare night for them.
It's a pity they're not complete.
Chikyuu opened one bottle of alcohol. "I knew it! Our leader is still the best at finding money! I was right to follow you all along!"
"You don't know how mighty she is while playing poker!" Yama followed, "She beat all the players with luck alone!"
"Sis Prime is now the Lady Luck of Blue Beard Casino!"
Hearing Mori declared that only made Prime remember her encounter with the president of Special Union Ability, and it could have been a good one if Yama only kept his mouth shut.
"Alright! Let's not bring up that luck word again, 'kay? Let's just enjoy this night." She smiled gently at them.
With the veil removed, everyone could see how beautiful she is when smiling like that.
It is refreshing to the eyes.
"Since leader is treating us with good food then we won't hold back." Kaze started eating while Seishin beside him has already started drinking alcohol quietly.
The atmosphere around them was both harmonious and festive. Everyone downed all the alcohols at the table, treating it as a water.
As time went by, Prime's face is already flushing red. She smiled cheekily then chugged at the bottle in her hands.
"Cheers!" She stood up and looked around her.
Everyone is already drunk but still concious. Chikyuu's also started clinging to her legs and hugging it like a pillow.
"Hey! No sleeping! We're gonna get drunk till we're all wasted!" Prime shouted at them before chugging down all the content of her bottle.
"It's not everyday we get to celebrate like these!"
"Leader is the best!"
"Sis Prime is the best!"
"If it weren't for Sis Prime I would have died long ago."
Prime looked dazedly at Yama who became an emotional drunk. She sat down beside him and patted his back.
"You saved me and I'm thankful that I met someone like you! I swear I will protect you will all my life!" He sniffed.
"Sis Prime also saved me from a group of Oni. I was injured that time and she scared the Oni away." Mori reminisce. His eyes were already closed but he's still listening at them.
"Sis, thank you for avenging me when my food stall was destroyed!" Kaze tearfully took a bite at the dumpling.
"I will protect you, Leader." Seishin declared seriously and all of them followed suit.
"We will protect our one and only leader!"
Prime can't help but smile. She was clearly drunk now and a little sleepy, however, her mind is still a bit clear.
She helplessly shook her head.
"Come on! Stop declaring your love for me! We are all sworn brothers and sisters so this trivial things doesn't matter anymore!" She told them, her eyelids getting heavier. "And I'm the leader here, I'm the one who's going to protect all of you."
Then her head unconsciously leaned at Yama's shoulder and fell asleep.
Wrong. They are the one who saved her. They saved her from the darkness and light up a way.
