Chereads / The Japanese Businessman / Chapter 19 - chapter 19

Chapter 19 - chapter 19

We arrived to a big mansion after I guessed was a hour drive. We entered the gate driving through a green lushious garden with beautiful sakura trees lined up along the road. It took about ten minutes drive to reach the mansion. The mansion was big enough to be a college building. The front yard had a beautiful fountain with a statue of a Japanese women in kimono with a flask through which water was flowing out. We entered a drive way beneath the mansion as valet came as they opened the door for us. As Ryeo stepped out they bow to them addressing them Ryeo-San. Then the two men who dragged me at the airport came to me as they dragged me out again and let me into the mansion.

Ryeo told to a old women in her early fourties something while looking at me which I couldn't make out. The woman approached me as she bowed to me and led me up a stairs. We arrived to door I guessed was a room. She opened the door as she let me in.

"Would you like something Salvador-san" she asked me in nihongo.

"No" I said to them. "Arigato" I added.

She smiled to me as she walked out closing the door behind her.

I looked around the room. The room had a very traditional Japanese vibe to it. With all the bamboo printer tiles and curtains. To left there was a glass sliding door leading to a balcony. I walked out. The scenery from there was beautiful. It gave the full look of the full estate. It was a beautiful sight to hold with all the sakura trees in thier full glory, green grasses, flowers. The cold but yet warm breeze blowing. The breeze felt amazing, carrying along with the smell of cherry blossoms.

At the sight of the cherry blossoms I remembered about my parents, what if dad found out about it. I panicked at the thought.

I heard knock at the door breaking from my thoughts. I turned around to meet eyes with the old woman who led me here. She had tray in her hand with fruits and Japanese in it. At the sight of the food my stomach growled. I remembered I haven't eaten this morning.

"Salvador-San, Ryeo-San said you haven't eaten anything this morning. So I brought some food for you. Please have some" she said smiling at me.

I thought to myself, that sneaky creepy rude bastard had a heart to even think about me. I literally laughed insideAs much as I wanted not to eat it, otherwise what my stomach wanted. I gave in and decided to have it.

"Arigato- gozaimasu" I said to her.

She smiled back as she placed the tray on a nearby table. As she bowed to me.

"You don't have to bow to me" I said to her.

"No it's my pleasure" she said.

I decided to give up thinking it must have become a habit to do so since she is so old and has been serving the Kirishima's I guessed. I heard a chuckle from the door. I looked towards the door to find Ryeo standing there. The old woman looked back as she bowed and left us alone.

He came inside the room and made himself comfortable on the chair nearby the table.

"Haru. I never knew you were so sweet" he said winking at me.

"And I never knew you were so kind to remember me not having anything this morning" I reverted back at him.

"And here I was complimenting you for being sweet", he winked at me again.

"I just show this side of me to those who deserve to see it" I said glaring at him in anger.

"But I saw it. So I deserve ha" he said grinning.

"No. You were not supposed to see it you sneaky, creepy person" I said getting a laugh from him.

"You don't have to be so rude Haru" he said with a serious tone.

"First you broke into my room not once but twice and then brought me to Tokyo without me knowing. What do you expect from me" I scouled at him.

He got from where he was seated as he came forward towards me. As he neared me I started to panick as I walked backwards till my back hit the wall. He was dangerously close to me now. Our lips were mere inches apart.

"What do you think you are trying to do Ryeo?" I asked him stammering.

"What do you think?" He asked me back still bring his face nearer.

I looked away from his gaze. He got hold of my chin as he tilted me to look at him.

"Haru dont taste my patience. Be nice to me when I am being nice to you" he said to me in a very serious tone.

"Why are you doing this? I know you are not what you show" I said to him.

"You don't know me Haru" he said scouling.

"Yes I do. From what I have seen till now. You don't seem so bad" I said to him.

"What do I seem like Haru?" he asked.

"You seems nice. You see I have been abducted before and I know how it feels to be abducted I said looking into his eyes, tears rolling down.

"If you really wanted to harm me you would've kept me tied somewhere but you haven't. Instead you let me free in this room attending to my needs" I added.

"I don't have anything against you. All I have is against Zen" he said. "Even if then don't believe I won't torture you".

"You won't. I know" I said.

"You seems to know me so well now. Are you?" He laughed.

"Then what do you think I am doing this for?", he asked still laughing.

"I don't know. Maybe you need love. Love of family" I said.

He again laughed out loud at my comment.

"Don't believe me or trust me Haru. I can do real bad things to you.You know I can be many things but good is not one of them".

Saying those words he walked out the room closing the door behind him. I was still stuck there pinned to the wall. I let out breath which I realised I have been holding till now. I sighed as I move back to the table to have the meal the woman brought me, my stomach still growling.

After I had the food I decided to take a shower as I haven't take it yet. I reek of sweat and my breath of chloroform. I walked out the room to look for some aid. I looked for the old woman who helped me remembering of not have asked her name. I walked down the stairs. I noticed Ryeo seated in the living area doing something on his lappy. I walked to him.

"Ahem" I made a sound to let him know I was there.

He looked back at me.

"I just needed to ask something" I said stammering.

"What?" He glared at me.

"I haven't shower yet since this morning. So.." he cut me off.

" You smell good Haru. Don't worry. He said chuckling.

" I know. But still" I said.

He smiled as he called out someone named Ezra-san. I looked around. I saw the woman this morning coming as he bowed and asked him if he needed something. He told her what I wanted and told her to get the stuff ready.

She went back to where she came from.

"Go to your room Haru. She will bring the things to your room", he said as if ordering.

"You don't have to be so bossy" I bit back at him.

He smiled at my response and went back to whatever he was doing. I walked up the stairs to the room. Few minutes later Ezra-san whose name I know now feeling proud came to the room with all the necessary stuff. She brought the essentials like shower gel shampoo and stuff along with a bath robe and a spare pair of clothes. I was surprised as to from where could she have found the spare clothes. I smiled at her as she left the room. I got the bathroom. When I entered the bathroom, it almost had the same design as the Zen's bathroom in his mansion at New York. I got myself cleaned as I let my clothes into the washing machine nearby to let it dry wash.

After I dried myself I wore the clothes provided. I sat on the edge of the bed as I decided to watch tv. I switched it on as I laid myself on the bed as I dozed off into deep deep sleep.
