I hate that I can't refute what Hela said. I realized that I don't really have another home besides the one on Asgard. It was never needed since I usually just live in the equivalent of a hotel on planets I visit, that why I never thought of getting my own place.
I arrived at my secret lab on Asgard and start creating blueprints for my new home. I am not settling for creating a home that isn't divine. I began writing ideas. I want a mobile home in case some random fuck decided to destroy the planet I am on.
I think I am going to make my home be 100km all around. Creating a clone to continue with the blueprints I go towards my vibranium cache. I made a plan a while back to find a method to increase my vibranium amount, so I turned to what I know best and that's magic, alchemy specifically.
Unfortunately, I can't perfectly replicate uru since it is magical metal, but I have studied and can replicate vibranium and I am not making my home out of basic material such as steel, wood etc. While was clone was behind the science I was busy creating the materials.
It takes a few weeks to make all the vibranium that I will need. Unfortunately, my inner perfectionist delays the progress of the plans and that took months. I have decided to create an artificial planet like Asgard except it will constantly moving except when I turn that feature off.
When I finally finished with the plans, I along with my clones and several robots began with the engineering progress. As soon as I got the estimates of how long it would take, I wanted to cry, but I shouldered on with the use of mind magic to get me to stop being a lazy ass and do the job.
We spend years building the artificial planet and the houses as well as other things on it. Only my family and other people I invite will be allowed to visit so I didn't have to build too many houses.
After I finished the planet I just lay in the bed in my manor. Perfectum I thought to me myself since should be the name of this planet, since, in my opinion, this new home of mine is the closest thing to perfection. After relaxing in the bed to dispel my weariness. I go to the planet's control.
"Oracle, love set a course to Midgard." I say.
"Are we going to collect young master, Jormangandr?" Oracle asks.
"Yes we will see if he wants to move here and even he doesn't want to, too bad for him I am still his father and my word is the law."
"I am sure he will agree with you master, Midgard is primitive compared to Perfectum. What if he gets lonely on here since you won't allow other social creatures to live here." Oracle states.
I give her statement a thought. "True, so make new animals that can inhabit Perfectum, but not any sapient, I don't want others to ruin my work."
"As you wish sir." She replies.
While we fly towards Midgard I entertain myself by watching theatre. All the plays or dramas that Asgard made, I asked Oracle to record since we, unfortunately, don't have movies etc. It doesn't take too long for me to arrive near Midgard.
I created the planet to be able to hide from the most magical and technological means so I don't have to worry about somebody thinking I am coming to invade. Teleporting to near the Atlantic ocean where I can sense Jormungandr.
I wait for him on the shore and send out a magical signal that only my children can detect. It takes a few minutes, but soon a massive snake comes out of the water.
"Father." My son spoke in a hoarse voice that could kill ordinary mortals comes out.
"Why do you have to be so loud, do you get your kicks from damaging peoples ears." I say as I rub my ear to get rid of the echo.
He just chuckles at my suffering. "I am sorry father, old habits." He replies not really sorry. It just shows I am not the best person to raise a child if they end up like this.
"Sure you are kiddo, come I want to let you see your new home."
He quickly becomes intrigued. "New home, did you finally decide to move out from under your parents' roof. You know midgardians usually move out at the start of their adulthood. "
I become annoyed at another person finding humour in the situation that I a few centuries old man still lives with his parents. "Listen here you little shit, technically you too live with me there and will continue to live under my roof for hundreds of more years for your insult. So it would be rather hypocritical for you to laugh at me."
He grumbles and lets me teleport us to Perfectum. Even though Jormungandr is a cheeky brat he is completely loyal, but I don't see a problem with him running his mouth a little with me.
We arrived in a beautiful forest I created. Some trees have purple crystal leaves with beautiful violet wood, while others a different but still fantastical.
"Beautiful." A far smaller Jormungandr says.
"Of course it is beautiful, I made it." I say proudly.
We spend the whole day exploring Perfectum. It was a nice father-son bonding trip I thought. He made a nearby lake his home and used transfiguration to improve things to make himself more comfortable.
"It is a bit empty though, no sea-life or any wildlife." Jormunganr said.
"Oracle is busy and you can use magic to speed up the progress, no reason to just sit there and complain."
"I inherited my laziness from you, so you can only complain to yourself about me not being more productive."
I scoff. "That is not how genetics work you brat, plus I don't see you creating masterpieces like these."
"Well, you said you would create siblings for me and you just never done it because according to you it takes too long."
"You have a point, but at least I sometimes get up unlike you."
We banter for longer with me getting Jormungandr to stop being a lazy ass and help Oracle with populating Perfectum. Reminds me of my previous life to when my mother would get me to do all the tasks that she was too lazy to do before I found out I was sick. A lone tear streams down my cheek at the memory before I dismiss my grief for my previous life.
