Finally, I was in Wei. The state of Wei was the most prosperous of all the three kingdoms. The capital was known for its fine beauty of trade and weapons. In the early reign of the king, the state had fallen into ruins but then the king changed his ways when Danji was born. Maybe it was because she was his only child.
But Danji could never forgive her father. Not because she couldn't but because her mother was humiliated by the king. Now, I had to get that painting.
Reaching Lord Ming's manor, I announce my arrival at the gate. Later on, the servants lead me to Lord Ming.
"Greetings Lord Ming" I say greeting him.
"Duke Meisheng, you have come a long way. Please have a seat." He said.
