*Lijuan's POV
The manor was the same as it has always been. It was a little bit sunny but of course, there was a maid holding an umbrella over my head. Being idle gave me time to do a lot of things. I no longer had my title as "General Wu". Still I was envied everywhere I went to.
During my idle time I read books. In the modern world, I found books to be very boring. But here with no cellphones, I had no choice but to read. I had to get into character. But this didn't stop me from looking for the time stone. Now here I was, sitting down drinking tea and admiring the flowers.
Here I had matured so fast. I was now a wife to someone.
"Juan'er!"
I knew it was Chaoxing. I needed to gain his trust so I can find out if he is hiding the time stone.
"Xing'er! Are you back from court?" I asked.
"I didn't go today. But I already took permission from His majesty. Dress up. We are going somewhere." He said.
