The HR manager had assigned five staff including herself to pay their boss' son and Lily a visit at the hospital. Mia was of course selected. Tariq too was among the selected people. Ivy also volunteered to join. The last person was Mr Max. He was the Director of Sales.
Mia was satisfied with the selected people. The only person she felt a little bit awkward to be around was Tariq. After Lily caught them together in that restroom. He had kept his distance from Mia. Even when Mia tried to push herself on Tariq, she always ended up getting turned down. So she had stopped trying.
"What's keeping Mr Max? He is supposed to be here by now," The Dragon complained. Four of them were standing in front of Frisco Company. It was a Saturday morning. The Dragon had asked the five of them to meet at Frisco 10:00am. It was almost 10:30am and Mr Max had yet to show up.
"I think we should just go," Mia suggested.
