Milo's POV cont'd
I advised Ziko to man up and tell Cindy how he feels. But he was scared of rejection. He said Cindy might not reciprocate his feelings because they weren't of the same class and it was better to crush on her from afar rather than asking her out and getting rejected. And he also said besides we were just fourteen and still young, he told me that he was going to end up with Cindy no matter what.
Cindy started dating other guys and I watch Ziko suffer in silence. I wanted to help Ziko out but I wasn't allowed to tell Cindy about Ziko's feeling. It was some kind of bro code. So I tried setting them up on several occasions but Ziko was never courageous enough to make a move.
