Chapter 13 - Chapter 13. First Arguement

"Wait a minute, why are you asking about marriage? Do you want to get married?" Arjoona smiled faintly and shook his head. David nodded doubtfully

"then why do you ask?" Arjoona must find a way out of David's question to him.

"My friend at the pub has that problem, so I thought about it," replied Arjoona, lying. David nodded in understanding.

"They are just met, but he doesn't like that woman, it's just a matter of how to refuse, he has a debt of gratitude to the girl's parents." David rounded his mouth and nodded several times, understanding.

"Hmm, that's the problem. It's hard too because marriage is supposed to be once in a lifetime, and it would be better with the people we love to last." Arjoona nodded slowly, but David's curiosity wasn't over.

"Why to be a brother to think about it. it's not your problem, is it?" Arjoona must find a way to escape. David is not a very pleasant person if he is curious. He could ask questions without stopping, and it would be troublesome.

"Oh, we have lunch already. It's one o'clock, let's go!" said Arjoona, changing the conversation. David frowned but followed Arjoona's steps out of the room. David tried to brush off his curiosity by not thinking about what Arjoona had said.

During lunch hour, Arjoona looks quiet and daydreams several times. David, who realized then grabbed Arjoona's arm, woke up his reverie.

"Are you still thinking about that problem earlier?" Arjoona, who was surprised, could only smile faintly and continue eating. David then brought his chair next to Joona.

"My parent is coming from arrange marriage too. My mother had never been told she would marry my father, and they didn't like each other at first, but after marriage, the love came, even more than eternal. My father died ten years ago, and my mom still single. She didn't remarry, so who knows, right? " said David in a half-whisper with a smile. Arjoona, who heard then, smiled and nodded slowly.

"Tell your friend, try to get to know her first. Maybe the woman is not as bad as he thought unless he already has a girlfriend," Arjoona sighed slowly, but he still nodded slowly.

"Thanks, David, for the advice," replied Arjoona, still smiling. David nodded once and then continued eating. He then turned his face and saw his dream girl was laughing cheerfully with some of her friends. David then gently elbowed Arjoona's arm.

"My pain is that I even have a crush on a girl who doesn't like me, matchmaking is better, so I don't bother looking for a wife," David whispered and was given a sweet smile by Arjoona. Arjoona took a quick look at David's gaze and found Mutiara looking at Arjoona with a seductive smile.

"I think she's checking you out!" David, who seemed happy beside Arjoona and immediately waved at Tiara. But Tiara's smile she had intended for Arjoona immediately disappeared and was replaced with a sullen face. David immediately went limp and turned to Arjoona.

"Look at that, what she meant was you not me, I say it numerous times you don't believe it," Arjoona chuckled and drank the water. Arjoona was continuing his lunch with David when an employee touched his shoulder from behind.

"Sir, Ms. Claire is calling you to the CEO's office now," said the employee in a half-whisper. Arjoona frowned as did David.

"What does she want?" The employee shook his head

"I don't know, Sir, I was sent a message from her secretary. She said it was important," repeated the employee. Arjoona nodded then smiled faintly.

"Is there any problem?" Arjoona shook his head while pursed the lips.

"I should go." David nodded to see Arjoona standing with the plate he had eaten and returned to the canteen before he washed his hands and went out.

Arjoona walked outside the factory and headed towards the office building, precisely, the CEO's room. Arriving at the front of the CEO's room, Arjoona knocked on the door, and a woman's voice told him to come in. Two women were seen discussing at the CEO's table. One is Claire, and the other is a woman Joona doesn't know. When Claire saw Arjoona enter, she didn't even tell him to sit down.

The woman chatting with Claire then raised her gaze and looked at Arjoona while raising her eyebrows. She then smiled at Arjoona, and Arjoona replied politely. The woman approached Joona and introduced herself.

"My name is Kenanga Rinjani. I am the best friend of CEO Claire as well as the new General Manager," said Kenanga introducing herself while holding out his hand. Arjoona welcomed the handshake and introduced himself.

"Arjoona Harristian, head of the design and production division, nice to meet you," replied Arjoona with a smile. Two visible dimples are visible and attract Kenanga's attention.

'Ah, not bad, he's handsome too,' thought Kenanga before she left.

After Kenanga left, Claire didn't seem to care about Arjoona and made Arjoona surprised.

"What are you calling me here?" asked Arjoona in half a harsh tone. Claire saw Arjoona with a hateful look then immediately threw a document folder in front of her desk.

"That's your design, can you make a design or not?" Arjoona frowned.

"If you can't work, you should know yourself and immediately resign," Claire shouted again in a high tone. Arjoona let out a breath of annoyance, approached Claire's desk, and took the document she threw down.

Arjoona opened the folder and immediately frowned. He turned the document and asked in return.

"What is this? Why is it crossed out like this?" Joona started raising his voice.

"That's the worst design and idea for a floor cleaner." Arjoona snorted in annoyance. The design approved by the production team, and the previous CEO was canceled by Claire unilaterally, and she put a large cross on the official blueprint of the design.

"The previous CEO has approved this, why is it even favored now!" sprayed Arjoona, starting to get emotional.

"but now I'm the CEO here," replied Claire as she stood up and steadfast Joona as if challenging him to a fight. Arjoona shook his head in disbelief.

"If you do not agree with the design, we can discuss another way, what you crossed out is an official blueprint, this is an official document."

"I don't care, and I reject all the designs you made."

"WHAT ?! What do you mean?" Joona's voice was already high, and he was emotional. Claire entirely made him lose control.
