As I was watching and listening to Xzan's wife-to-be and Queen Neveah talk, I noticed the way that his wife-to-be was acting strangely. I can tell by the way she's talking and her body language.
I'll just ask her if something is wrong or if anything is bothering her after she finishes talking to Queen Neveah.
A while later, the wife-to-be finished talking to Queen Neveah.
I go up to her and ask, "hey, is everything ok? Are you ok?"
She nod, but didn't talk.
I knew that something was wrong, but I just didn't know what it was. "I'm going to be your personal knight until your wedding," I said.
"O-Ok," she said, hesitantly.
"I'll save you and protect you from anything," I said in a reassuring voice, hoping that she can trust me and tell me what's bothering her.
She nodded and started walking. I follow behind, making sure that no one was following or watching us.
A while later, we were out of the palace and kingdom. We were in the forest.
"Where are you walking to?"
"You need to go back. It's a trap," she mumbles.
I hear and was confused. "Huh? What?"
"Run. Forget about me. This is a trap. You need to leave right now!!" She yelled as she pushed me out of the way and got shot by an arrow.
My eyes widened and I ran. I know that I should stay and save her, but she said that it was a trap. I keep running. As I was running, my eyes filled with tears.
A while later. I ran to the palace and to the throne room where Queen Neveah was at, tears still in my eyes.
"I'm sorry!!" I yelled over and over again.
"Sorry? Sorry for what?" Queen Neveah asked.
"Xzan's wife-to-be got shot because she was supposed to lead me to a trap," I said as tears started rolling down my face.
"H-huh?" she asked.
"She lead me to a trap. She was only here to get me shot. I tried to save her, but she didn't want me too," I said as I start crying, "I've failed you and Xzan.."
"You didn't fail me or Xzan. I promise you that," she said.
"But I got her injured or even killed."
"I know, sweetie."
Queen Nevaeh hugged me and I hugged back. I was bawling at this point.
Xzan walks in and was confused.
"Aph, where's my fiance?" Xzan asked.
I let go and wipe my tears. "She led me to a trap when we went on a walk. She told me and then got shot with an arrow. I promise you that I tried to save her, but she told me to run and forget about her," I said as I looked at him.
"Trap? Trap for what?"
"Trap to get me back to my kingdom..." I mumbled.
Xzan couldn't hear me so he asked, "speak a little louder, Aph."
"Trap to get me back to my kingdom to marry a prince that I don't know" I mumbled a little bit louder so he can hear me.
This time he heard me and looked at me, confused. "Kingdom? Marry a Prince?"
