"Well I was wondering what was the meaning of the tattoo on your hand?"
"Oh that! That isn't a tattoo"

Jake's POV
Wait now that I am thinking about it that mark is prof of the royal vampire family. Except the king was killed because he accepted his witch mate and had a child but everyone thought that the child didn't make it after birth. I gust that was wrong since I am mated to that child.
"Hey! I just realized what that symbol means"
"You did? What does it mean?"
"It means that you are apart of the royal family"
"Oh I guess that makes sense. I just thought it had no meaning and that it was just there"
Wow that almost sounded like he knew that already, or he didn't care that his father was THE KING OF VAMPIRES. To be honest I would of freaked the F out because that is not something that you hear everyday.
"Wait, did you know that already or do you not care?"
"No I didn't know that but I guess I am still trying to process everything and am unable to really freak out yet. key word "yet" but I think later it will hit me and I am just going to freak out"

"So the child survived after twelve almost thirteen years? I am impressed! I thought the thing would of died with out my care."
" Sir we also were told that he is mates with the alpha of the strongest pack"
"The midnight moon pack. Is that all? If so then leave me be to think of a plan"

With a very shaky voice he answered "y-yes s-s-sir" then left.
I will get my revenge on that family for having that child. After all that child killed my true love. So i will find a way to kill him and make the alpha Jake suffer. I mean why should they be happy wile i am suffering. So just wait i will be the one to kill him and take what is rightfully mine.
Cain's POV
I dint notice when I fell asleep but now I am in a strange room that I do not recognize at all. I was about to freak out until i saw Jake walk in with a tray full of delicious looking pancakes. I knew my moth was watering by Jake's laughter but i didn't care i just wanted those heavenly looking things in my mouth as soon as F'ing possible. Then that monster started eating them right in front of me!! Like what the heck!! When i was about to yell at him for being so mean an angel walked in with more pancakes but these ones had blueberries unlike the ones Jake was eating. Then they were on my lap with a fork. YES!! When i looked up this girl had the biggest smile she really did look like an angel so i said..
"Thank you my guardian angel you have saved me from my hunger"
When i said that she laughed and said "I thought he was bringing those for you but noticed they didn't have blueberries and had to fix it. what i didn't expect was for him to be such a jerk."
"Yeah well I knew that you would make blueberry ones because for you everything that is breakfast needs blueberries"
Then both of us at the same time said "Because they do!" we all went silent and both the girl and i looked at each other and started to laugh. When we finished our fit of laughter she said "We are going to be great friends"
"The greatest of friends" that was when Jake have a look of amusement and i had a sudden realization that i didn't know her name or how she knew Jake.
"I just realized that i don't know your name fellow blueberry lover"
"Oops! My name is Angela Lynn Rose but some people call me Rose and i am Jake's mother"
