And it helped calm down it also helped Jake calm down his wolf. I know this because the yellow in his eyes was gone and he looked guilty.
"Calm down Jake it's okay I am not mad at you I mean you couldn't help it."
"He is right Jake it is instinct and very natural to want to do something like that with your mate when they are in heat. we are just lucky no one else was around right now."
"True then there might have been a fight or two but..."
He didn't get to finish because this man just appears out of nowhere. I would have to say that he glowed almost. Everyone was just staring at him trying to figure out how he got in the house without anyone noticing. When Jake was about to say something he passed out alone with his mother. To say I was scared is an understatement. I was TERRIFIED. This man who has a very VERY deep voice starts talking to me as if nothing was arong.
"Cain, don't worry I promise that I won't hurt you. I come with good news"
"what is it? Also who are you? How do you know me?" At this point I was hyperventilating and freaking out and I think mystery man realized this as well. The only reason I knew this was because he waved his hand, and instantly I was calm and not as scared of him.
"My name is Gabriel. I am your guardian angel and was sent to protect you. I had to tell you that the masked man will no longer be a threat to you or anyone you love"
"Oh! okay, and how is that?"
" I know this because I am the one who killed him. I couldn't let him kill the chosen o.."
"THE CHOSEN WHAT"
"Shoot!! You were not supposed to here about that" then he mumbles something about his superiors not being happy about the situation.
"Look if there was a way for me to forget I would"
"You would? why?!?!"
"Yes, because of two reasons. 1: I dont want you to loose your job and 2: I really didn't want to know this informantion, but here we are.
"well if you are willing I can erase this part of the conversation but you have to be okay with it"
"DO IT!! PLEASE JUST DO IT!!"
"Are you sure? This will never be...."
"I dont care if it can reversed. JUST FRICKIN DO IT"
"Okay okay I will" he then he snaps his fingers and that is all I remember.
(time skip to after Jake fell asleep)
Jake's POV
After the man's hand waved in front of my face I blacked out and don't remember what happened. When I open my eyes I see that the man is gone and both my mom and mate are asleep. Do I go over to my mom and lightly tap her cheek she wakes up with a swing of her hand. luckily I have good reflexes or I would of been slapped.
"Oh sweet pea I am sorry. also why am I asleep on the floor? where did the man go?" I didn't even see that Cain woke up and was startled by his voice.
"He is my guardian angel his name is Gabriel and he came to tell me something that might interest you.
"what is it sweet heart"
"yeah what is it babe"
"Gabriel came to tell me that the masked man is dead and isn't a threat to me or any of you"
"How does he know something like that in the first place"
"He does because be is the one who killed him and then decided that he needed to tell me. That's all I remember"
"Okay then. Next time tell him to please not make us fall asleep like that. That would be great" that is when a worrier rushed in with a peice of paper that must be important because he looked scared and angry.....
