Mordred did not reappear on the ground like previous times but instead was standing on a tree branch, at least 10 meters off the ground with Nyx floating by his side.
On the ground below was mainly foliage with the occasional half meter tall dinosaur running about. These little carnivores were velociraptors.
They were short but appeared to have sharp claws and teeth but also had especially dangerous hook claws on each of their feet. They were also zipping around the forest while moving very fast.
These were the weakest creatures in the dungeon between the levels of 30 and 35 and A-rank. They also had the lowest constitution and defense.

Mordred did not leave the tree but instead summoned his MSR and began to take aim with his sniper rifle from the tree.
"I might as well just pick these guys off from up here. Nyx, do you mind going to pick some up and dropping them to death like before?"
'Mmm.'
Nyx flew off somewhere to find targets to kill off while Mordred began opening fire upon the raptors. The loud pops would frighten the little carnivores but they were unable to escape from Mordred's range.
He was using this as a chance to increase his skill by using sniper rifles. While he was not able to hit every shot by the time he wiped out all the velociraptors 3 hours later, he was able to guarantee 1 out of 4 shots against those fast-moving enemies.
This was actually considered very good due to the height difference between Mordred and his targets as well as their movement speed. They were creatures that most archers and mages were unable to deal with at a distance due to their speed.
After confirming with Nyx that there were no more targets in the area, Mordred changed the magazine before climbing down from the tree and moving out of the area.
"Any of them drop an ability book?"
'No.'
"Figured. Cheap bastards. Let's get moving, Nyx. Fly high and scout but don't kill any. I need to work on my high-speed, long-range shooting."
'Mmm.'
This small forest was the 'safe zone' of the dungeon that only allowed raptors in. While more could enter later, it was at least safer due to the lack of the larger beasts.
Mordred walked through the forest with his gun in hand while Nyx was high up and using her eyes to scout out for any nearby enemies. Even if they thought the area was clear, there was no way Mordred was letting down his guard.
Mordred was focused on making sure he was not ambushed but could not help but marvel at the dungeon. The trees were large and beautiful as if they were not real but instead art made to look like trees.
Their leaves looked as if they were made of crystals and twinkled in the daylight while the bark felt soft yet sturdy at the touch. They were also weirdly smooth even though the raptors that ran around must have used bases to practice attacking with their claws.
'If only I could take them out of here, I could study these things. I have never heard of trees such as these. Oh wait, I have [Analyze].

Mordred kept scanning every tree he came across until he finally exited the forest. As soon as he exited, he was greeted with a sight that would cause most people's jaw to drop.
A large land appeared in front of him. It looked to be the size of a small country. There was a large plain that only had grass on it while large reptiles roamed the land. To the far east was a large lake while in the west was a large forest of dead trees.
In each of the locations was one of the three bosses that needed to be defeated in order to leave the dungeon. Each of the bosses was a named, elite creature that led its own group of dinosaurs that were the same as/or similar species to it.
The lake was ruled by the spinosaurus and their leader, Spindal. The dead forest was ruled by the pterodactyl who feasted on anything that dared to enter the territory, led by Sling.
The plains were the domain of the triceratops, pachycephalosaurus, ankylosaurus, and their leader, a triceratops named Spike.
The plains were the most dangerous part of the dungeon yet the one that needed to be taken out first. If not, the dinosaurs that ruled there would interfere with a demon's battle with the other dinosaurs in the other parts of the dungeon.

Note: Best defense throughout the entire body. Tails are dangerous and can crush or destroy most with a single swing. Be careful of their self-destruct. If they feel like they are going to lose a battle, they will not hesitate to blow themselves up which will also launch all the spikes on their body.
