After talking with ellice and after an endless day i get in my car and leave the parking lot, on my way home i see ethan walking. "Get in i say" with annoyance in my voice but i'm not annoyed with him. He looks at me and i open the door, "Just get in the car, please." he gets in i drive and pull into my driveway. "Come on you're having dinner with my family and i." he gets out and we walk to the house i open the door and head for the kitchen mom is putting food on the plates "make another plate, please" i say as i grab an apple, i bite into it before walking out of the kitchen with ethan. I head upstairs with ethan and knock on Nathaniel's door. "Hey Nathan can you get the twins dressed for dinner and come out of your room i want you to meet someone" he pokes his head out and looks at ethan. Ethan waves and Nathaniel walks away to the twins bedroom without saying a word. "Sorry he doesn't talk much to people." i say more annoyed than before. I head to my room and pull ethan with me. I fix my hair and look at him, he still stares. "You don't talk much do you?" i ask my voice even and steady. "Why did you invite me to come here?" he asks in a calm voice. "People at school are rude to you and ignore you, i've never been to a school where your status is more important than the people." I try to sound confident but he can see right through me which bothers me, but he doesn't say anything. "Thanks Rose."he says in whisper. "Dinner time Rose, and get the twins." she yells from the stairwell. "Can you go get the twins, please?" i ask trying not to sound lazy, he walks out and goes to the twins room. I sit in my room and put my jacket on and head to the twins room and see they put lipstick on ethan and they are giggling and i smile, nathaniel doesn't laugh much. We all go downstairs and sit down at the table, dad is still in the office setting everything up so mom makes his plate but puts it in the fridge. I drive james home, we didn't talk much on the way but he seems like he would talk more if he would trust me.
