"But, I am worried about you," Jordan said in a calm tone
"Don't be. There is no need for you to be worried about my well-being. I have planned everything perfectly and I will execute that with utmost accuracy. You will see only good results and one more thing don't try to gather information behind my back. You will get nothing but a failure. When the right time arrives, I will let you know everything. I promise," Asher promised firmly.
Jordan looked into Asher's eyes, which were darkened. He understood that it would be better for both of them if they stop the ongoing discussions right now.
"Don't go to bed on empty stomach," Jordan said before leaving the balcony
"Don't order your subordinates to get information about my work, I won't like that. Give me my space for your own peace" Asher said with a smile and darkened eyes
Even though he sounded quite normal, Jordan got the warning behind the message. He walked out of the balcony and Asher's eyes never left his father until he exited the room
Asher exhaled a deep sigh and walked inside the room in a ruthless attitude and entered the bathroom
He pulled his clothes from his body in one go and walked into the shower.
The cool shower ran on his body failed to cool down the raging emotions inside him. The excruciating pain inside him is raging and brought back all the events into his mind.
"You got to control your emotions if you want to go ahead," Asher kept repeating to himself
He leaned on to the wall looking down while the shower kept pouring. He groaned in frustration when nothing calmed him.
He walked out of the bathroom with a towel around his torso. He sat on the couch leaning his head back
"What it feels to be when you are not really living, but just existing?" he questioned himself looking at the ceiling.
"Sir, can I come in?" The servant asked knocking the half-opened door
"What is the matter?" Asher yelled
"Sir, Mr. Carter has ordered me to serve you the dinner," he said walking into the room
"Take that back, I don't want to have anything," Asher said not looking at him
"Sir, I will lose my job if I take these back," he replied
Asher looked at him sharply after listening to what he said.
The servant immediately lowered his head.
Asher observed him from head to toe. "Keep that here and leave the place," Asher ordered him
He walked towards Asher and pulled the side table to the front and placed the tray on the table
He moved the table to the front and bowed to Asher
Asher signed him to leave using his hands.
"Sir, please have your food," he said before starting to leave the room
"Is this my father's order too?" Asher asked arching a brow
"He said that Sir but it is a request from my side too, please have your food," the servant said still looking down.
"Why are you requesting me? How will my eating habits affect your life? Did my dad pressurize you to request me that too?" Asher asked looking at him
"No Sir, your father has not pressurized me. I am asking that myself as you are the one who pays our salaries and you are the reason for us to lead a happy life. So it's our duty to look after your health. We don't want the people who are taking care of us to stay empty stomach," he said looking at Asher
Asher smiled a little at him and nodded his head
The servant left the room bowing down after Asher assured him that he will have the dinner

Oliver was rubbing his temples vigorously when his wife caught him and he don't have any idea of how to escape from answering her questions
"Tell me darling; what is stress which is troubling you?" Sophia said with a questionable smirk
"That's a normal thing. You know right people like us always have one or other threats, this is just one of that," he said shrugging
"If the threat is like a normal threat then why did you brought your daughter here? Why are you so worried about her all of a sudden?" she questioned him again
"Sophia, you are just thinking too much. She is our daughter, I am trying to bring her back here for the past few years, and now that she had accepted that, I felt so elated and brought her home. Ain't you happy that our baby is hereafter many years?" he questioned his wife
"I am absolutely good darling, but I think you should be more worried about your daughter as she is definitely unhappy to be here and especially to see me," she said leaving a stupid chuckle
"Sophia, she is your daughter. She came here after many years then why did you behave that way in the dining area? Why were you so drunk?" he questioned her
"Why was I so drunk? You are questioning me about that? Let me tell you, Mr. Miller you hold no rights to question me about the way I have behaved with our darling daughter," she yelled
"I hold no rights? What do you mean by that?" he asked seriously
"I mean you have no rights because you are a hero in your daughter's eyes unlike me. You were present only in her happy moments, you are her darling. However, when it comes to me, I am the biggest villain in her life. She even hates my presence. You have asked me why was I so drunk right? Do you have any idea how your daughter has behaved in the event?" she asked him yelling
Oliver nodded his head in a 'No'
"I have clearly asked her to dress up well and event sent the dress to her house but you saw how she turned up. You are not present at the party where your daughter behaved fanatic. She popped the gum in her mouth before the paparazzi and she fought with Esma Blair head to head. She replied back to everyone who called her names but she doesn't know the blame I took, you have not even present there Oliver; how will you have any idea about how everyone pointed their fingers at me?" she yelled with tears in her eyes
"How dare they say anything to you. Do they have any idea who you are or what are the consequences of saying anything to you?" he shouted with rage
"Consequences? What will you do Mr. Miller? Will you keep them behind bars? But for what?" she yelled back
"For saying you things, for making you feel bad. For dismissing you," Oliver replied to his wife
"But you can't say anything to them because the reason behind their taunts is your darling daughter Louisa; who cares about no one other than her. Who will give respect to a person to whom her own daughter shows no form of respect? You should have attended the event Oliver; then you would have had an idea how much your little darling has changed," Sophia said holding her tears back.
