"Mr. Wong, I am about to ask you something important so can I expect you to be a little serious?" Elena questioned him with seriousness
Kevin's smiley face turned into a serious one hearing her words.
"Tell me, Elena, what is that?" he questioned her
"See, I am not accusing you of anything. I just want to know this. While we have done this deed, I am not in my true senses so tell me the truth. I am here because I wanted to or did someone kind of pushed me for this?" she questioned Kevin looking down
"Are you accusing me, Ms. Davis?" Kevin asked her sharply
"No Mr. Wong, I am not accusing anyone here I just want to know everything so that when I take Rudy's call I will be able to answer his questions," Elena said taking his hands into hers
"Elena, if you clearly remember what had happened; it's you who asked me to take you somewhere. I never took a step forward until you leaned into me and initiated for the kiss. We only got here because you wanted to do it. You even said that you never felt so comfortable with anyone the way you felt with me," Kevin replied to her
"Okay then, so we are here because I wanted to be. As far as I remember we weren't clicked by the paparazzi right?" she questioned him
"Yes Ms. Elena Davis, we left the place even before they can catch a glimpse of us and that is when you initiated the kiss and we got to here," Kevin replied looking at her
"Thank God.." Elena left a sigh of relief
"So are we okay now?" Kevin questioned Elena who is looking a little relieved
"Sorry Kevin, I am just so worried. I didn't remember anything so had to question you. Please don't take it otherwise," Elena said pulling the duvet onto her body
"It's okay to be worried but you have scared me," Kevin replied to her
"I scared you? But how?" she questioned
"You kind of accused me about bringing you here and I was shit scared about that," Kevin said
"No Kevin, I didn't accuse you of anything. It's just I want to know what has transpired. Please don't take it wrong and try to understand me," she said leaning towards his hand
"Are your doubts cleared now?" he questioned her
"Yes, all my doubts are cleared, and sorry for making you tense," she said leaning on his bare chest.
"Now take the call and tell your friend that you are okay," Kevin said yanking her body towards him
"I don't want to take his call now," Elena said
"Why are you skipping his call? He might be worried about you right?" Kevin questioned her
"Yes, you are right. He would be worried about me and that will make him ask many questions and I can't answer all of them right now," Elena replied
"Why do you need to answer all of his questions. Just tell him that you are safe and skip the questions which you don't want to answer," Kevin shrugged
"It's not that easy to skip his questions, Kevin, he is more than a best friend to us. He takes care of Louisa and me like his kids. So, he is so careful about us that makes him ask a lot of questions, which is a good thing. But, now I don't have the patience to answer the questions," Elena replied
"Then what will you do? If you don't pick the call he will keep calling you," when Kevin said that her mobile started again
"See, it's ringing again," Kevin said eyeing Elena's mobile ringing on the bed
"I can't," she said pushing the mobile away
"Ell, if you keep avoiding the call he will keep on calling you. So it's better you do something," Kevin said to her
"You are right, if I avoid that he keeps on calling. Well, it's just I don't want to answer his questions. So I will message him rather than answering his questions"
"Yes, that would be best," Kevin replied to her
Elena gave him a bright smile and picked the mobile lying beside her. She started typing the message while Kevin got out of the bed walked towards his elegant wardrobe and pulled out shorts for him. He wore the shorts and looked deeply into the wardrobe. His eyes fell on something and he gave a bright smile looking at it
"I am done, I messaged to Rudy that I am safe and happy," Elena replied smiling
"You just messaged about that? Do you think he will stay silent and won't call you after seeing the vague message you have sent?" Kevin questioned her
"I have added that I am at peace and I don't want to get disturbed. I have even messaged that there is no need for him to get worried about me. He will get that and I hope he won't worry about me and catch some sleep," Elena replied
"Yes, it's midnight and he needs sleep," Kevin replied to Elena turning towards her
"What are you searching for in the wardrobe all this time?" Elena questioned Kevin who is near the wardrobe for the past 15 minutes
"I am searching for this," he said turning towards her side showing her the free sized light blue colored hoodie
"What is that?" Elena asked Kevin who is walking towards her.
"You can't sleep in your dress that won't be comfortable to sleep with, so here take this," Kevin said giving her the hoodie
"Thank you," Elena said taking the hoodie from him. Elena immediately wore the hoodie and gave him a bright smile
"You are looking too cute," Kevin said sitting on the bed beside her putting off the bright lights illuminating the room. The ceiling lights were the only source of light present in the huge room.
"Elena, I am feeling so delighted with you by my side. I am in several relationships in the past but I never felt this way with anyone. I kind of want to keep this going with you. But I am scared," Kevin said nudging Elena
"What are you scared about?" Elena asked turning towards him
"We have totally different worlds. I am not much outspoken where you are carefree and you have this overprotective friend who kind of stands between us. I am sure that he won't let me get you easily," Kevin said to her
"Hahaa, Rudy is not an obstacle it's just he is protective of me. He will only accept anyone near to us if he believes in the person who approaches us," Elena said laughing
"You are supporting him because he is your friend. You know people say no one is allowed to go near Ms. Louisa Miller, because of Rudy," Kevin told Elena
"No, it's not like that Kevin. Lou avoided getting near to anyone because she doesn't want to and Rudy supported her in that. Everyone thinks that Rudy never let anyone get near to Lou but the truth is the other way around," Elena said to Kevin
"So you mean M. Louisa Miller, herself doesn't want anyone near her?" Kevin questioned
"Yes," Elena replied
"But why does she don't want anyone? She is young, beautiful, talented, and the most eligible girl every hotshot wants to be hitched with. Then why is she stepping back?" Kevin asked Elena
"She kind of had her fair share of…" Elena cut her words in the middle and looked at Kevin and said "Nothing, it's just she doesn't want to"
"But why? There must be some reason right," Kevin asked her again
"Leave about her, we need to sleep," Elena said trying to avoid the conversation
"Why are you avoiding the conversation, Elena?" Kevin questioned her
"Why you want to discuss about her? Are you interested in her more than me? Why are you so curious to know about her?" Elena yelled at Kevin
