"Go!" I shout at the two, letting go of Charlotte's hand, my heart racing.
I didn't have to look twice to know who that man was. I knew him too well to forget.
"What? Why?" Charlotte frowns, but her face was pale and uneasy as she says it.
Dustin stares at the man, and then back at me repeatedly. Shifting from foot to foot, he takes hold of Charlotte, lightly by her shoulders, turning her towards the exit's direction.
"Let's go, Charlie..." He says it gently, trying his best t not scare her.
But I know she's not the type to her scared so easily, as she pulls herself away from him, "What's going on?"
Dustin glances at me, an expression so grim and different that it doesn't suit his face. I shake my head weakly, helpless. My eyes go to the marble floor, as I say,
"I'm sorry...but you need to get out of here. Please. Before-"
I stop as the man starts to move towards us, his steps bold and light.
