"I! I can do that myself! You can leave!" I blurted out. My face felt hot as I pushed his chest away.
My arms felt slightly stronger but he still wouldn't budge. What's up with this guy?! He just does whatever he pleases!
"I thought you couldn't move?" Doyle whispered against my ears, making my face feel hot again.
"I... I... I can! You don't need to worry! Just leave... me alone!" I yelled, struggling to push him away.
This time, Doyle released his firm grip from my arms which were hitting his chest. My legs touched the floor as I stumbled to stand.
I could only stand for a few seconds before my knees hit the cold linoleum. My clothes broke my fall as I dared a peek at Doyle's expression.
Tears welled in my eyes as I felt the frustration and embarrassment wash over me. Doyle kept a blank expression as he watched me. His initial lively appearance replaced with a serious and deadpan look.
"Wh... why aren't you saying anything? Isn't this what you expected? I'm so embarrassed..." I rambled on, covering my face with my hands as I felt the tears roll down my fingers.
"Sigh. Why are you crying this time? You said you wanted to leave, so I let you." I heard Doyle's low voice ringing from beside me. A warm pair of arms wrapped around me, embracing me tightly.
"Just... earlier you said..." I muttered as I pulled my face out of my hands, catching his eyes immediately.
"That was earlier. If you prefer something else, just voice out your opinion."
"... ... ... You're so unfair..."
"Was I ever fair?"
I glared at Doyle as I shoved his chest. He keeps rubbing on my nerves! This is exactly why I couldn't stand him! To think he could make me feel that good is incredibly irksome! Ah, wait! I didn't mean that! ... Sigh... Hate to admit it but... Sex with this guy was incredible. But... its probably only because he was my first man! There can't be any other reason!
"Stop struggling. You can barely even stand and you keep pushing away my kind aid... Tsk tsk tsk." Doyle said in a disapproving voice.
I brought my gaze up to glare at his face. He really was annoying! It's hard to refute his current words because they were true, no matter how spiteful it made me feel. I pouted angrily as I turned my head away from him, folding my arms in a huff.
From the corner of my eyes, I caught a hint of a genuine smile on Doyle's face. It shocked me but seemed to be an expression better suited on him than his usual daedpan one.
"You... ah! Wait! What are you doing right now!" I yelled as Doyle picked me up princess style. I originally wanted to say something about his smile but stopped myself.
"Isn't it obvious? To clean you up! We are still in the office."
"E-exactly! Why are you... Wait! Why is your hand on the bolt?! Don't... don't you dare!"
Despite my warning, Doyle pulled the bolt of the cubicle door. I clung to his neck as I hid my face. If he wanted to expose himself, he could have done it alone! Why involve me?! Is this his form of humiliation?! Wasn't taking my virginity enough?!
Footsteps echoed across the cold linoleum as I clung onto him. The sound of running water then filled my ear as I felt something cold touch me. I pulled away from him when I noticed my surroundings.
The cream coloured walls layered with mirrors stared back at me. I was seated beside the mirror on the sink as Doyle was wiping my body down with some toilet papers.
Wait a second! Aren't I completely exposed! As well as him! Why would he be willing to be caught streaking in the office?
As the cold and damp toilet paper touched my skin, I grabbed onto his arm. I shook my head as I scrambled to get back into the cubicle.
"Why are you struggling?"
"I-isn't it obvious? Someone... Anyone could walk in! I... I have work to do as well!"
"As do I." Doyle said with a heated look in his eyes.
I frowned as I tried pushing him away. Doyle brought his face close to mine again as I looked away from him, hands against his chest. Why is there no power in my hands?!
With a slightly rough grip on my chin, Doyle forced me to look at him. The cold tissue rubbed against me, making me flinch. My eyes instinctively shut and I felt his lips pressed against mine again.
"That's more than enough! Leave me alone!" I yelled, struggling out of his grip as I felt a sting in my eyes.
Doyle looked a little shocked before his expression was replaced with a deadpan look. He pulled away and left me on the sink, his back receding into the cubicle.
He... really just left me?!
I bit my bottom lip as I stumbled off the sink, falling heavily against the linoleum floor. Water dripped onto the floor before my gaze grew blurry. I felt both betrayed and ashamed. How could he do that and just leave?
"Are you alright?" Doyle's worried voice echoed in the toilet as warm hands held my shoulder.
I brought my gaze upwards as the stream of tears cut short. Didn't he leave? What... Why's he acting like he's concerned with me?
"What... Didn't you leave?" I blurted out mindlessly, a look of surprise and confusion flashed across his face before he put on a conflicted smile.
"No... I wouldn't possibly."
My mind turned for a good second before I realised he was bringing my clothes back to me. He helped me up as he slipped on my clothes. My face felt hot as I mentally slapped myself.
"Can... can you walk?" Doyle asked me as I bashfully turned my gaze towards him.
"... ... N... No... I... can't... my hips feel weak."
At my words, Doyle pulled his lips to a conflicted grin as he whipped out his phone. I stared at his face as his words went in one ear and exited the other.
His lips moved sensually that I was entranced by them. I watched it curve, tightened and opened, almost as if I were watching an interesting movie.
Before I realised, Doyle was staring straight back at me. My cheeks flushed and I averted my gaze. Was it wrong to stare at someone handsome? Of course, Rayson looked better... but... Doyle wasn't that bad to look at.
"Len. Hop on my back."
My eyes widened as I gaped at him blankly. What did he just say?
"What...?"
"Hop on my back. I'll give you a piggyback. Or do you prefer the bridal carry?"
"Wha... no! I mean... why?"
"You can't walk at the moment right? I gave the boss a call. I'm sending you home. It's fine."
What do you mean it's fine?! It's embarrassing! ... ...
Despite my mental debate, I gave in and was carried by Doyle all the way to his car. I expected him to drive one of those luxury brand cars but was seemingly far from the mark as he drove a humble Toyota Prius.
"You don't like it?"
"Huh? No, no... I thought you'd buy a different car."
"Heh, this was my dream car. I don't have any plans to change it anytime soon."
I hummed a low response as Doyle slid me into the passenger seat, his hands brushing against me as he pulled the seat belt across my body. My cheeks flushed upon our close proximity as I looked at anything other than him.
From the corner of my eyes, I saw Doyle smile as he suddenly stroked my hair. I instantaneously whipped my head towards him as my face grew hotter. I hadn't expected that.
Doyle grin as he kissed the tip of my hair, pulling away as he shut the door. I absentmindedly touched my hair as I stared at the window where he last stood, my eyes lingered on the side view mirror as I watched my cheeks flush.
