Tiana's eyes blazed with a mix of fear and frustration as she gazed at Advaith. They stood hidden behind the wall, momentarily safe from Martha's watchful eyes.
"Why did you do that, Advaith?" Tiana's voice trembled, her words barely above a whisper. "Why did you bring me here?"
Advaith's expression remained calm, but his eyes betrayed a hint of guilt. "I had to, Tiana. You're the only one who can help me."
Tiana's hands clenched into fists. "Help you? You've made me a Dreamland criminal! OMG, hubby, why?"
Advaith's jaw clenched, his eyes locking onto hers. "I'll explain everything, Tiana. Just listen."
Tiana's laughter was laced with desperation. "Explain? You'll explain how you've ruined my life?"
