After finding out about the condition of Areej,
Alliyah became worried and never left Areej.
Ever since the day that the resident doctor told her about the condition of Areej, explaining to her regarding the medical condition of Areej and there are many uncertainties for the coming days.
But most of all, she was reminded that if she won't be able to come up with the medical bills or any supporting documents that were required for her to present.
The secret hospital would be forced to send Areej to a public hospital.
A new batch of dilemma was presented to Alliyah.
[1] She cannot allow for Areej to be transferred or else there could be risk along the way if her body will be transported.
[2] How will she pay for the medical bills?
[3] Where will she get the supporting documents required for her to keep Areej within the care of the secret hospital with advanced technology?
[4] Will she be able to keep her vampire identity from the other humans if ever she presents the required documents?
[5] When will Areej wake up?
[6] And how can she provide the needs of Areej?
If she has nothing and currently hiding her own true nature, how will she be able to solve all her problems?
Joe was leaning against the wall while standing. He was looking at Alliyah … worried as hell.
It reminded him of his days with his younger sister.
As Alliyah held the hands of Areej,
Tears fell …
Concerned look …
And desperate pleas …
Hoping for miracle and praying for God's mercy.
Everything flashed back on Joe.
His memories of serving his own sickly younger sister.
Days spent in the hospital beside his only sister.
The hunter heaved for a sad sigh as he witnessed Alliyah whisper to her younger sister.
"You know, there is still hope for your sister! At least … she is still breathing!" Joe trying to comfort the worried red-haired vampire.
"Then … tell me! What should I do now? I feel helpless … and useless! I am at loss for any way of helping my younger sister." A pitiful look on Alliyah's eyes.
At that moment, Joe understood the new dilemma of Alliyah.
It was exactly the same feeling he felt when was around with his younger sister.
For the first time he felt sympathy for … a vampire!
This was something that he never imagined himself to be in such a situation.
All this time … he was trained to kill and eliminate threats.
Mostly, vampires!
But now … he was presented with a similar situation which he felt connected with. An empathy which he never felt towards any vampire.
Only with Alliyah!
"I can help you with the other requirements for your younger sister …" Joe was not even finish with his explanation when Alliyah stood in full of hope in her eyes after hearing the word help from Joe.
A silver lining from the misery plaguing her mind and heart.
"Really?" Alliyah exclaimed in curiosity.
"Let me finish …" Joe said and he could Alliyah remained quiet.
Putting all her attention on Joe.
"I can help you acquire the necessary documents for your identity and your younger sister. Just do not ask for how will I do it and why am I doing this? And for your medical bills, I can suggest for something which will help your case. As long in exchange, you will do what I will request for you to accomplish. Is it a deal? With this … your younger sister will remain taken care of in this hospital." Joe offered to Alliyah.
Immediately … with no hesitations.
Alliyah replied, "Yes! I will do anything … everything! For … Areej!"
"Then wait for me here … I will procure for the things you need." Joe informed Alliyah before leaving the room.
Before he could even leave the room, Alliyah expressed her gratitude to Joe.
"Joe?" Alliyah uttered while Joe took a pause before finally leaving the room.
"Yes, what is it?" Joe's reply.
"Thank you!" sincere and heartfelt gratitude.
Joe smiled while his back facing Alliyah.
"No worries! I know how it feels to be in your position. I would never let anyone feel the same way that I did. So, rest assured … you will not go through the same hell that I experienced." A serious tone filled with words of agony from Joe.
As Joe left the room, Alliyah wondered what kind of hell and experience that Joe went through.

[-In the private chamber of Prince Vincent-]
Since Prince Vincent was not allowed to join the feeding session,
His best friend accompanied him in his own private chamber.
Making sure that the vampire prince would not do something stupid and something he would regret later on.
He was covering his face with his both cold hands.
"What's wrong? Why are you adamant about joining the feeding session? You should know better the policy of King Avalon!" Ethan reminded the vampire prince.
"I just wanted to check on my older sister!"
"Why? For what?" Ethan expressed his confusion and curiosity with the sudden behavior of his best friend.
Then it dawned on him, regarding on Princess Sylvia being with Sharmaine …
"Do not tell me … No way!" Ethan gasped in disbelief at his realization of a new dilemma of his best friend.
[1] Princess Sylvia spent the feeding session with Sharmaine.
[2] And lastly … Prince Vincent was feeling territorial towards Sharmaine!
