"Mi amore, wake up." boses ni Rad ang narinig ko. Ang liwanag na nag-mumula sa labas ng bintana ay lalong nag-patingkad sa silid at sa lalaking nasa gilid ng kama.
I can smell his aftershave and an expensive manly perfume. He looks so fresh in his plain pink v-neck shirt with his dark blue jacket paired with a fitted denim pants, Mas lalong nadepina ang laki ng kanyang hita dahil sa sikip ng pantalon and his hair looks damp and disheveled na parang kakatapos niya lang mag-bihis at ginising ako agad.
"Done checking me out? " inirapan ko siya at tinabunan ng unan ang aking mukha. He looks so fresh while I look some haggard woman.
"It's so early. Saan ba tayo pupunta?" tanong ko habang may unan pa rin sa hitsura ko.
"Fantasy world."
I was kinda excited for a moment but I remained my sleepy face.
"Bakit naman?"
"Get up and change. Time is running." binalewala niya lamang ang tanong ko.
I can't believe how time flies so much for all the people in this world. One day you're happy the next day you aren't anymore.
I didn't expect that the time would bring us together. Looking back at my past, our past, I didn't think that we'd see each other again.
Maaaring sinabi niyang mahal ka niya, pero hindi na ibig sabihin nun ay mag-sasama kayo dalawa,mag-papakasal,mag-kakaroon ng maraming anak at titira sa isang bahay. Maybe for some people it works, but on our case, It isn't. Malabo na. Years have passed. Years that we missed. I'll just take it as the spur of a moment.
Loving doesn't need assurance for two people to be together but Loving is essential for one to grow. Love is what we seek into ourselves.
I don't remember travelling with Rad when he was still my boyfriend back in college. Hanggang sa seaside lang kami talaga kasi... Ewan ko ba kung bakit.
This is our first time.
"Pwede ba tayong pumunta sa Taal mamaya?" Tanong ko kay Rad. The place and our surroundings is majestic but he looks so serious and mysterious in his denim outfit with matching black bonnet and his sunglasses.

I looked at my toe post braided sliders and it really matched my dress. Hmm, Maybe I'd commend his secretary when I see her.
Rad looked at his watch and grinned at me. Hindi ko lang makita kung ano ang reaction niya kasi natatabunan ng kanyang sunglass.
The sun rays perfectly landed on his flawless white skin. I can see my reflection in his black sunglasses.
"Yep, we still have time."
Sa totoo lang, unang beses kong makapunta ng ganitong kalayong lugar, except lang sa Makati kung nasaan ang trabaho ko. Hugo and I have plans to travel after our wedding but... Things change. Nothing is really permanent.
In front of us is a Majestic view of the castle. A medieval themed castle.
Para akong prinsesa na naligaw sa gitna ng mga kagubatan at biglang natagpuan ang kakaiba pero nakakamanghang lugar na ito.
It's like a lost abandoned kingdom. It feels enchanted to be here, you get the vibe of being in the Disneyland and at the same time, at the Silent hill.
Ang tahimik kasi tapos kakaunti lang ang mga tao sa paligid namin. The surroundings are covered with grasses, bushes and tall trees.

We passed by a mini tunnel to go to the quadrangle wherein you can see the four castle like structures.
I want to remove my beige fedora hat but Rad insisted that I should wear it together with my sunglasses. Wala naman akong magagawa kasi siya naman ang gumasto ng lahat ng ito kaya pagbibigyan ko na lang. Fashion guru siguro siya eh.
"Rad, picturan mo'ko!" I sound like a kid but who cares? It's my first time to be in a place like this. Minsan lang ito kaya lulubos-lubusin ko na.
Kukunin ko na sana cellphone ko but Rad stopped me and said na sa kanyang cellphone na lang daw at ipapasa niya na lang sa akin.
Pumunta na ako sa gitna ng Quadrangle and put my hands up to show how I'm thrilled and excited to know more about this place. My long hair is dancing because of the wind. I can also feel how the wind gently caressed my cheeks and how the sun rays enveloped my body.
Mga tatlong shots ata ang kinunan niya.
"Ikaw naman." sabi ko nang makalapit na ako para siya naman ang kunan ko ng picture.
But he denied.
"Camera shy ka ba?" pati ito rin nag-bago na kay Rad? I just remembered how goofy he is noong nagkaroon siya ng bagong cellphone na may camera. Nokia ata yun?
He just ignored my question and looked up to see the towers.
Now, he's ignoring me.
I closed the distance between us, grabbed his cellphone and ran as fast as I could into the tower.
I heard him shouting but I'll just let him chase me until I get there.
Nadidinig sa buong pasilyo ng hagdanan ang malulutong kong tawa at ang mga mabibigat na hakbang ni Rad. Napasigaw ako nang maramdaman kong papalapit na siya.
"Don't be so naughty with me, Mi amore!" he shouted playfully.
"Face the consequences of kidnapping me, Rowdy boy!" I chuckled and was about to step but I quickly lost balance and prepared myself for the pain but I didn't feel anything. When I opened my eyes, his dark and serious eyes is what I met. His sunglasses fell on my stomach.
His eyes is serious and angelic as always. I miss seeing those eyes of his. Maamo... Pero parang may kulang. Kakaibang pakiramdam ang nakita ko. Mabuti na lang at suot ko pa ang sunglasses ko kasi baka asarin niya ako kapag nakita niyang kinakabahan ang hitsura ko. Pinulot ko agad ang sunglasses niya at binigay sakanya. Tinanggap naman niya ito.
Kinuha ni Rad ang cellphone niya mula sa akin at itinayo ako ng maayos. Ngayon ko lang din napansin na hinawakan niya pala ang likod ko gamit ang dalawa niyang malalaki at magagaspang na mga kamay para hindi ako mahulog. My heart is pounding really fast, not because of him but because of my strenuous activity.
"Please... Be careful. It's not all the time that I'm here to save you. I don't wanna see you get hurt ." he softly said. Concern and fear laced on his eyes before he wore his sunglasses back.
"I hope you said that years ago." I said and quickly moved my way up to the top. Hindi ko na hinintay pa kung anong sasabihin niya.
I don't understand why he seems so...scared.
