Jonah (P.O.V)
I'm preparing my breakfast because I got up late and by the time I walked downstairs breakfast was already finished. I learned to make it from Mrs. Garcia in the last months. So I was preparing my breakfast but Ariana came and started asking questions. I know why she came here, she wanted to know why I am not going with them. I told Rain already I won't but this girl wants to know the reason. I didn't mean to be rude but last night I didn't sleep well so my mood is not so good. Salina came after a few minutes and started to say rubbish things. I know about Melissa and I am thankful to Rain that he told me about that otherwise I would also think the wrong way like Salina is thinking. But still, I don't know about Ace. I mean I didn't know what was Ariana's reply on his confession?
"I didn't answer yes to Ace because I don't feel anything for him. I just thought of him as a good friend. So how can you say I cheated on him?" Ariana asked and I got a big smile on my face after hearing that. I couldn't be happier than hearing this coming from her pretty mouth.
"I don't believe in you because you are a big liar?" Salina asked her but now I don't care whatever others say. I will make Ariana mine by hook or crook she will be mine and I will be hers.
"Do..." Ariana was going to say something but I immediately hugged her.
"Jonah! I am telling you. She will betray you" Salina yelled and stomped her leg on the ground and left the kitchen. "Wait for me, I will come after breakfast," I said after breaking the hug. I could see her blush. She looks even cute when she blushed.
"How did you learn cooking?"
"I didn't learn yet, I just know how to make fried egg"
"Ok then have your breakfast. We will wait for you" saying that she left the kitchen. I had my breakfast when Ace came in the kitchen and he pushed me making me stumbled back "How dare you to hug Ariana?" he asked angrily but how did he know? I mean only Ariana, Salina, and I was present in the room. I don't think Ariana told him. I think its Salina's work I don't know what her problem is?
"Did she accepted you?" I asked raising my eyebrows.
"I told her to take her time" he replied angrily.
"Let her take time then," I said and I think he even got angrier. I didn't want to say anything or do anything so I made my way to the upstairs to my room. When I entered I saw there was no one. I took my Pants and shirt from my bag and headed into the bathroom. After having a warm shower I wore a white shirt with black jeans. I came out of the bathroom and I took my Jacket and I wore my boots.
I came downstairs after doing all my regular works. When Rain saw me and he started to speak.
"Why are you so late we were waiting for too long. Ariana said you will come after having breakfast but you came after taking bath too." He started complaining.
"I..." I was going to say something then again he interrupted me.
"You told me that you won't come with us when I asked but when Ariana asked you agreed so quickly?" Rain asked with a suspicious look.
"Uh...Actually" I was again going to explain but Lisa again interrupted me.
"Guys we are getting late otherwise we won't be enjoying today," Lisa said and everyone nodded in agreement. Actually, I didn't think that if Ariana asked me I would be agreed. I didn't feel good at that time but after Ariana announced that she doesn't like him then my mood became really good. We are going into the wood. Rain and Lisa are walking together. Corbyn, Joseph, and Scarlett are in a group. Ace didn't come with us I don't know why though? Ariana and I are walking together. We are in comfortable silence We reached a place where rocks were scattered all over the place.
We were walking continuously. We took rest for two hours and also had lunch. Rain brought lunch with him. He kept a sandwich, chips, some fruits, orange and mango juice and so many things in his basket. It's getting dark so we made our way to the Cabin. This camp was for only two days, tomorrow we have to leave.
Ariana (P.O.V)
I thought today the day won't be good and I just hoped that the day would go fast but I was wrong today it was very joyful. I didn't sleep last night because of the thought that Ace proposed to me. I always thought of him as a good friend. I never had feelings for him. I was shocked when he proposed to me. The good thing is I didn't say yes because it would be lying and later on it would become a major problem. I think he is feeling bad after proposing to me that's why he didn't came with us. I don't even know why Jonah hugged me? Is he have feelings for me? No...I don't think so. We are going back to the cabin. It would be more fun with Lisa but she is giving more time to Rain. I am very happy for them. I still didn't ask Rain about what happened with Melissa and why she left us? Whenever I was going to ask him, Lisa would be present there. I don't want to keep secrets with her but I don't even know the matter so how can I ask him in front of her. After half an hour we reached the Cabin and entered into it. I think if we would be less in number it would be comfortable because it's always crowded near the couch.
"Guys, I am hungry. Do you guys want to eat?" Rain asked and we all nodded. I was hungry too since I ate only one sandwich at lunch. We headed into the kitchen and Ace was serving food for everyone. I took the seat beside Rain so that I can ask him about Melissa. Everyone settled into the seat. I took Pasta salad in the bowl and started to eat. It was a very delicious pasta salad I have ever eaten. Ace is really good at cooking. Should I appreciate him?
"Ace, you cook delicious" Jonah complemented. I was shocked for a second because whenever Jonah taste his food he always says as good but now he is saying it's delicious. I don't know what is in his mind is?
"Yeah, it's delicious," I said.
"Thanks" Ace replied with a big smile on his face. I remembered that he said to take some time to make a decision. But I don't think I should think about relationships with him. Because I always thought of him as a good friend and you can also say it as a good brother.
After eating breakfast Lisa went to her room and I asked Rain to meet me outside the cabin. But he told me that he has some work in his room so he will come late. I am waiting for him to come for five minutes. Salina came towards me, what does she want again?
"It seems no one wants to talk to you" she commented with a rude tone.
"What is your problem and why would no one wants to talk to me?" I asked in confusion.
"You are Rain's childhood friend. Rain was always hanging with you rather than Melissa"
"What do you mean?" I tilted my head in confusion.
"Melissa left Rain because of you" What? Does she mean by that?
"Why would Melissa left Rain because of me?" I asked.
"She couldn't see Rain and You together after all you always cheat your friends" when she said those words I could sense my cheeks wet. After saying all those things she left. I never thought that Melissa always wants me to not meet Rain but he was my just best friend. How everyone could misunderstand me? And how does she knows about these things? I don't know but Rain never said me anything about that. He always changed the topic or else he doesn't want to listen to her name. After ten minutes Rain came and sat beside me.
