Amami has forgotten what happened between her and Hawks, all she's thinking about was her friend lying to her and not telling her the truth. She also keeps having dreams about the woman who looked just like her.
But right now, she has to focus on her date with Hawks. She was actually surprised when Hawks asked her out on a date out of nowhere since Hawks is not the kind of person who would ask someone out.
Since Hawks has been caring and looking after her, she's been scared...scared that she'll get attached to him. She's having thoughts that what if one day he left her or something bad happened between them since she knows he works for the commission.

Time passed, Amami got dressed and a frilly dress. She actually doesn't know what do women wear on a date and so she searched up on her phone to see any ideas.
She stares at herself in front of a standing mirror and turning herself to see her back, she worries whether she should change.
*knock* *knock* *knock*
Amami got startled by the knock and look at the door, the door slowly opens and there was Hawks.
"Hawks-san, I'm sorry. Did I make you wait too long?" Amami asked; Hawks was standing there, staring at Amami.
-S-she's cute...- Hawks thought, can't take his eyes off her.
"Hawks-san?" Amami called out his name, making him snapped out from staring too long.
"Ah, sorry. No, it's okay...you looking good" Hawks complimented.
"Thanks..." Amami replies.
"Anyway, I'll go back outside and will be waiting in the lounge. Just tell me if you're ready" Hawks said and closes the door.
Amami sighs and looks at herself in the mirror again, she remembers the compliment Hawks gave her. She decided that she won't change anymore and keep the clothes that she is wearing, she then quickly put a light makeup since she's not used on putting makeup.

Not too long, she was done and gets out of her room. She saw Hawks watching TV quietly and then gets his attention.
"Hawks-san...I'm done," she said, Hawks turns off the TV and looks at Amami. There he goes again...he won't stop staring at her, she then felt her cheeks heating up by his staring.
Hawks realized that he's been staring too long, his face was slowly turning red. He covers his mouth while looking to the side, hiding his blushing face.
"Sorry, I was staring too long" he apologized.
"N-No, it's okay..." Amami responds, then there was silence between them.
"Anyway, why don't we go now?" Hawks break the silence, both of them head out of his apartment.

=Hawk's P.O.V=
Amami and I got to the mall...I don't know how dates work since I actually never went on a date with anyone at all since it never went on my mind before.
I can't believe that it's happening today, I did some research online and I get some great ideas from it. I already booked us at a restaurant for tonight and I hoped everything went well today.
"Amami-chan-" I stopped and saw her staring in a distance again, she seems getting worse since the day we left that bar after talking with her friend.
It seems she's hiding something from me but it wasn't my place to stick my nose in her business, I only suggested to look after her. Just because I look after her doesn't mean we're close...right? I shouldn't catch feelings for anyone cause I don't need it, since they'll be in danger if they are with me.
"...Hawks?" I snapped out of my thoughts and look at Amami.
"Oh, Amami-chan. What is it?" I asked.
"So, where are we going?"
"We're going to watch a movie" I answered. "Let's go" I added as I hold out my hand to her, she looked at my hand and then back up.
"Do you need something?" she asked, it seems she's not getting it and so I grabbed on her hand, she flinched as soon as our hands touched.
"Amami-chan, this is a date, remember? Of course, we have to hold hands" I smile.
"D-Do we have to do this?" she asked.
"Of course, so we won't lose each other. At this time, it would be busy at the movie theatre and crowded today as well" I explained to her, but the truth is I just wanted to hold her hands.
"So, what are we watching?" she asked.
"Well, I was about to ask you what you wanted to watch" I respond, we were both standing in a line now and we saw the movies that are up today. There's actually a movie that's been popular since it came out last week, everyone said that it was pretty good and would want to watch it again.
"Ah...that one seems to be popular right now," Amami said, I look at the one that she's pointing to.
"You want to watch that?" I asked and she nodded in response.

We were nearly halfway on the movie, I never thought that this movie is actually a romantic movie. There are some kissing scenes which is making it awkward for me and Amami-chan, I started to remember the day at the mall when I had my first kiss. I steal a glass at her and she's focused watching the movie.
No matter I'm with her, there's a part of me that I want to keep her safe by my side and the other wants to stay away from her. I don't want to leave her side and be there for her but staying with her means danger since I've been dealing with dangerous people. I hate to admit that I did catch feelings for her, I can't rid of it no matter what I do.
I'm planning to have Endeavour-san to look after her and try to distance myself, I feel it would be too bad for me to get close to her even more. I know she's been staying with me for a while but I think this would be our last time seeing each other, I want to make most of this day memorable for her even though we spend a small amount of time together.

=Third Person P.O.V=
It was getting dark, they both got to the restaurant that Hawks reserved. Amami never thought that Hawks would actually plan their date and it was going well the whole day, she felt warm inside how Hawks was nice enough to do all of this even though that their relationship is nothing more.
-There's no way Hawks-san would see me in a romantic way...- Amami thought.
"Amami-chan, I have to tell you something..." she pays attention to Hawks as soon as he calls her name.
"Yes?" she responded. She stares at Hawks and watch his body language, she had a bad feeling about it.
Hawks paused for a moment and having another second thought of his plan, Amami noticed that he's been quiet for a moment and is getting worried.
"Hawks-san, are you okay? What were you about to tell me?" Amami asked, bringing up the question again. Hawks look at Amami, stare at her for a second and smiles.
"It's nothing, just want to tell you that you're beautiful," he said.
He finally made his final decision that he'll keep his promise and look after you no matter what the situation, even it hurts or kills him. Amami stares at him at his sudden compliment and laughs.
"What the hell is that?"
There it goes again, the smile that he wanted to see and protect. He can't seem to run away from his feelings, he wanted to protect and cherish her, he wanted her to his.

The day has finally ended, they both arrived back to the apartment. Amami has forgotten a few of her problems and was happy that Hawks was there to cheer her up.
"Thank you, Hawks-san. It was a pretty fun date, it was my first time going on a date with a guy but I never thought it would turn out this fun" Amami smiles.
"Really? I thought you wouldn't like it since it was also my..."
Suddenly, Amami felt dizzy and pain in her body which she never felt before. Suddenly the pain went to her head and chest, making it hard for her to stand the pain. She fell on her knees which made Hawks panic.
"Amami-chan, what's wrong?!" Hawks asked; she could tell that Hawks was really worried for her. Then seconds later, she coughs up blood and then fainted. She collapsed on Hawks' arms, who's looking at her in horror.
Without thinking anything else, he carried Amami in his arms and flew out of the balcony and flying his way to the hospital in a hurry.
Minutes later, he arrived in front of the emergency with Amami's blood all over his clothes. He called for help and the nurse came in a hurry and helped Amami as soon as possible. He followed as he looks at Amami and calling out for her name, waiting for an answer from her but she wasn't waking up.
"Sir Hawks, you can't go any further than here. Please stay and wait" one of the nurses stopped him, he stares at Amami who was taken inside the emergency room as the sign above the door lights up.
Hawks don't know what to do, his eyes wandered from left to right until he saw Amami's uncle who seems to be called to the emergency.
"Hawks, what happened?" Amami's uncle asked, he then saw the blood on Hawks' clothes.
"Amami...we finished our date and we got back to my apartment, she suddenly fell on her knees and couch up the blood. She was doing pretty great the whole day, I don't know what happened? She isn't going to die, right?"
Amami's uncle noticed how worried and how caring Hawks towards Amami, he has no time to panic with Hawks and just stay calm. He rested both of his hands on Hawks' shoulders and try to calm the red-winged bird down.
"Hawks, don't worry. She won't die like that, I'll go and see what happened. I need you to calm down and take a few deep breaths, I'll go and tell you once I'm done checking on her" Amami's uncle explained.
Hawks did what Amami's uncle told him, he sits on the vacant chair on the side and tries to calm himself down. Amami's uncle then went inside the emergency room to see her niece.

Amami's uncle arrived in the room where Amami was and take a good look at her, he saw blood coming out of her mouth. Suddenly, he looked at her arms and there was like a tattoo on her arms, he doesn't remember seeing that in her arms at all or would never thought Amami would get a tattoo like that.
He stares at it and he saw it slowly spreading down her arms, which caused him to panic. He immediately remembered that tattoo looking in Amami's arm, he has seen this before when Amami was just a child.
"This can't be..." was the only thing that came out of his mouth. He then began to order the nurse around about what they need to do and start treating Amami.
«Time skip»
Amami's uncle came out of the emergency and met with Hawks who was still waiting.
"Doc, how is Amami?" Hawks asked.
"Hawks...we need to talk"
Both of them went to his room and had a conversation. Hawks was confused but kept quiet and wait for Amami's uncle to explain everything. Amami's uncle now finally understand why she was given medications to weaken her quirk, he can't believe he didn't look properly to the papers from the previous hospital that she used to be treated.
"Hawks...I think you should stay away from Amami from now on" Amami's uncle started, Hawks eyes widen.
"W-What do you mean?" Hawks asked, confused.
"I finally know why the previous hospital has been giving her medications to weaken her quirk, it would be dangerous if you stay with her any longer"
"Doc, what's going on? What is happening to Amami? Is there something wrong with her?" Hawks attack him with questions.
Amami's uncle didn't utter a word for a moment, he looks at Hawks who is waiting for his response and sigh.
"You see, no one knows about the family bloodline of angel quirks. We actually have a demon quirk running in our blood, some will get them and some aren't. The people who get a demon quirk and angel quirk at the same time are weren't lucky enough, they are not able to control their demon properly and would kill anyone around them even someone important in their life. And one of them is Amami...that means back then she-"
"Doc, that's enough. I heard enough" Hawks cuts him off before he could finish. He hates to hear that Amami actually killed her own parents with her quirk back then when the incident happened.
"I know it's hard to believe she would do something like that, there have been reports that the family was attacked by a villain but the villain back then was caught and there's no evidence that they killed the family"
Hawks felt he had enough hearing more of it and stand up from the chair he was sitting on.
"Doc, it's okay. Just stop, I'll just go and see her"
"Hawks, wait-"
Hawks didn't stop and head out of the room and head his way to the room where Amami was placed.
