I get to have the whole Saturday for myself since Keto said I can enjoy a day off, it was a good thing he was in a good mood that time I asked him about this. Now I can actually be myself and run some of my errands.
"Sis! Ace is here to pick us up!" Lyde announced.
"Okay, I'll be there in a minute!" I said while I'm still fixing my hair. I got to look good so I can really enjoy this day.
"Ehh… we don't want Ian to wait that long, he said he's already there." Damn it.
"Then let him wait! A girl has got to look good before going out."
"Sheesh! That'll probably take another hour."
"I don't want to hear any complaints from you! Get out of my room already!" As I shut my door at him, I got back to fixing myself up. All that was left was to put some color on my lips and I'm good to go!
"Sorry to make you guys wait, let's get going now." I told the boys as I got out of the house. Ace and Lyde were already on their motorbike, I also noticed how Lyde was holding on his red nose. "Hm? What happened to you?" I asked.
Veins popped out of his forehead. "You slammed the door at my face!!"
"Ehh, sorry about that." He clearly deserves it anyway, I could've finished faster if he wasn't bothering me.
"You and your gorilla strength." He muttered.
"I heard that!" I slapped the back of his head as I got behind him. And it was crazy how we kept arguing for the entire trip. A few of Ace's attempts in stopping us were futile since Lyde's mouth kept going on and on annoyingly. The only time we stopped is when we finally arrived where Ian was.
"Guuuuys!"
A guy with huge nerdy glasses came running to us while waving both of his hands in the air. I guess that goof ball is Ian. "Iaaan!" The three friends unites and even did a group hug. They were all so emotional that it was too embarassing to be near them, maybe I shouldn't have come at all.
"Jeiro is really… J-Jeiro's gone, right? I'm not someone's lacket anymore, right!?" Ian's snot was getting all over the place.
"Yes! He can't bother us anymore, so please don't transfer to another school! The group's incomplete without you!" Ace's snot was just as worse.
"Ian gua, guu haa! Uuu! Waaaaah!" And Lyde was all gibberish. And they all continued to cry like a bunch of babies.
Before they could drag me into their embarassing circle, I slowly make my way ou— "Oi, Lynn! Ian wants to meet you!" Ugh. Just when I was about to get away.
I've taken deep breath before I turn to face them again. "Y-Yo…" I greeted.
Ian who noticed me had his jaw dropping. "EEEEHH!? LYDE WHY DO YOU HAVE GIRL DOPPLEGANGER!?" No wonder he's a friend of my brother, he's another moron. And as they say, birds of the same flocks together.
Lyde smacks his fellow idiot on the head. "IDIOT! THIS IS MY TWIN SISTER!"
"They're identical twins, I can't believe it myself at first either. It's also quite amazing to meet people that looks so similar but is actually the opposite versions of one another." Ace explained.
"I-I see. A-Anyway!…" Ian comes up close holding something behind his back. His face turning a bit red while staring at my face. "Here! Thank you chasing Jeiro away, if it weren't for you I-I…" tears began to form at the corners of his eyes and reaching out a boquet of flowers with trembling hands. Is he really going to cry infront of me?
"Thanks, this looks lovely." I accepted the flowers anyway.
Ian bows down to me and cries again as expected. "If it weren't for you, Jeiro will keep on bullying me. But now it's all over! And I owe it all to you! Thank you, thank you so much!"
"I-It's fine, you don't have to thank me this much…" I was sort of paid to do it, so I kind of feel guilty to be thanked like this.
"If you'd like, we can all go enjoy ourselves today! I'll treat you all to what you like since everyone has done so much for me." Woah, is he serious? Is Ian a rich kid or something?
"Awesome! Today's gonna be so cool!"
"Really!?" While the two started cheering, I had to decline Ian's offer. "Thanks, but I already planned something for myself today. And I think it's better if the three of you enjoy this day by yourselves."
"But—"
"Bye guys! See you later." I waved goodbye and walked out of the scene.
There's no way I'll hang out with a bunch of guys, I rather spend my day off shopping alone. The thought of getting new clothes excites me. "I think I have enough money for that." I told myself after checking out my wallet.
Everything was all good until I bumped on to someone I never wanted to meet again. "I'm sorr— Lynn?"
"Oh, hey." Why him of all people!?
He adjusts his glasses and smiled at me. "It's nice to see you again."
