The dark dungeon that seemed had no ends was very large indeed. Even Lane had felt that he had walked for a very long distance inside that dark cave. He didn't know what hours it was, whether it was dark or it was bright. The only thing he wanted to know was, "Where are the goddamn stairs?"
"Haha bruh, you're shouting your thoughts," Buer said as he looked at the frustrated dungeon challenger.
"Well, for starter, I've been walking for hours and only God knows how long I have walked," Lane protested as he spotted another zombie in front of him. He slashed the zombie couple times with his sword until he dropped dead on the ground. He immediately got another experience point from that.
As long as he walked in the first floor of that dungeon, all he could see was either rocks, dirt, or zombies. There wasn't anything else besides those things that weren't that interesting nor attractive.
Lane started running in that dungeon since he wanted to arrive at the staircase to the second floor of that dungeon quickly. Because of his agility, he could run faster than usual, but it was only for couple seconds since he didn't have any endurance boost from his stats.
He breathed heavily, "Buer, how big is this floor? I've been walking for ages," Lane asked as he took a deep breath inside that dangerous dungeon.
"Very big. Maybe like walking from one side of the kingdom to the other. Just enjoy it, my friend, besides, you can get easy exp here," Buer said.
He was right. It was a cheap and easy exp farm since all of the creatures there were easy to kill, especially the zombies. Lane also got a decent amount of exp from killing all of those zombies, but he hadn't invested the points to his status yet since he was too busy walking in that dark cave.
"Hey, Buer!" Lane shouted to the voice inside his head.
"Yes?" Buer answered like someone that just had woken up from his deep slumber.
"Can you give my status a notification that will ping inside my head?" Lane asked, but Buer refused it. He was too sleepy and too annoyed to help.
"Not now. I've given a lot of chest to you and besides, why do you need a notification sound? Bye Lane, I'll sleep," Buer said and he disappeared again from Lane's ear.
Lane wasn't that surprised since Buer was a demon lord and he could be very evil. But as far as Lane knew, Buer was quite nicer than most of his friends.
Lane just followed Buer's advice by farming exp from the weak monsters. He walked around the cave while swinging his sword randomly. He even got one exp by accidentally killing a spider.
"One down, a lot more to go," Lane said as he leveled up to the fourth level. He opened his status screen to make the killing of the zombies more efficient.

He invested ten skill points in his strength, five in his ability, and the other five in his endurance. He felt the effect immediately. The sword became lighter and became more mobile and easier to use. He also felt that his swing was actually faster and stronger.
He began to run to test his new endurance stats. He could run longer and faster than usual thanks to his investment in the agility and endurance stats. It was very useful because he cod use another fighting style for combat. He ran to a zombie and jumped to the air and crushed its head with his sword.
He immediately got another exp point, but he also felt the presence of other zombies. Once he peeked to his front, he looked that six other zombies were in front of him and approached him at a very slow speed. They were moving at a very slow speed since their bodies were rotten and couldn't maintain the structural integrity of their own bodies.
'Iron sword, don't disappoint me! Hiyaaaaa!' he slashed his sword at one of the zombies and penetrated the zombie's skull with his sword. He pulled his sword again and immediately threw a slash at the other zombies that were attacking him.
He slashed the leg of the zombies to make sure that they didn't move anymore. It wasn't confirmed as a kill, but it was better that way since he needed time to kill the other zombies.
He immediately threw another slash to a zombie's head and killed it. He finished the other zombies by stomping their heads to the ground by using his boots.
The zombie's head was squashed to the ground by that smashed and he continued doing that until all of the other zombies were dead. He immediately got enough exp points to level up. He opened the status window that he had and immediately invested the points that he got to the stats.

He put all of those points in strength and he felt that the sword just became very light. In fact, it was too light that he felt that the thing that he held was a branch of a tree, not a sword. It was very convenient since he didn't have to feel that the sword was very heavy.
Lane was happy once he hit the fifth level. It was a change of event from bad to good since he had a status window and the potential to grow. At the very least, he could survive in Terra thanks for the status point.
He walked long enough and he eventually stumbled upon the second floor of that dungeon. It was a long staircase that went to the second floor of that dungeon.
"The enemies are harder on the second floor, are you sure?" Buer asked before Lane went to that staircase to confirm Buer's answer. It was confirmed that Lane would proceed to the second floor to boost his exp farming.
Lane walked to that stone stairs and went down to the second floor of that dungeon. It was a short trip. The second floor of the dungeon wasn't any different from the first floor with the exception of the increased amount of monsters and the variety of it.
There were spiders as big as a table, skeletons, zombies, and a giant centipede. It was a very scary floor, and Lane felt and immediate goosebump once he saw that centipede.
It was very big with a lot of legs, even it was very scary considering that it was an insect that had the height ten times its ordinary size. Buer advised Lane to kill one so he could make an antidote for the centipede bites.
"Buer, but it's a motherfucking centipede. It's deadly with its size," Lane commented on that big centipede.
"C'mon, it's painful, but it's a good pain," Buer commented. He might have the interest of turning Lane into a masochist, but Lane didn't think like that. He only thought of how to kill the damn words that had a lot of legs.
Lane made a better decision, he decided to kill some zombies first before he tried to kill another centipede. He walked to one of the zombies and slashed his sword to that zombie. It was like cutting a brownie with a knife, it was harder, but it's manageable.
"Buer, why are the zombies in this are stronger than the usual zombies on the first floor?" Lane asked that demon lord of knowledge.
"Because you'll get double the exp on this floor and the zombie here is stronger than your usual zombie. Well, the zombie here is around fifty exp per kill, so you get around a hundred exp per kill," Buer said.
"I see, well, so it will cut down my effort by half now?" Lane asked.
"I think so. Now go kill some zombies. I recommend you to stay here until you reach level 15," Buer said as he left Lane's ear.
Lane immediately followed Buer's advice and he started killing the zombies one by one since it was the creature that he was most familiar with. "You're dead," Lane slashed his sword to three zombies at once and killed them all. It was a very efficient farming method. He could grab the other zombies' attention easily by shouting multiple times. As a result, he leveled up fairly quickly in comparison to the method of just find and kill on the first floor.
