Xavier followed Carlos and weirdly, no one from the tribe even looked their way. Some people just glanced at them and then they continued to do what they were doing.
"Lord Lucifer, we are really thankful for you." Xavier could swear that this was the hundredth time that he heard it.
He didn't want to be rude since he knew that Luka would not appreciate it if he was here but still, this man has started to run on his nerves.
"Okay," Xavier suddenly said. "I know you are very thankful and whatever but let me be clear. I am not doing this for you or the world. I'm doing this for my soulmate. The Devil is very selfish and every story about my bad temper is true so will you please just stop talking!?"
Xavier added the 'please' on second thoughts just for the time that he will see his soulmate again and wanted to tell him this story, then Luka wouldn't nag at him for being disrespectful toward the elderly.
