Luka had a sense of what would unfold when they entered their room, and as it turned out, his intuition was accurate.
The walk back to their room was noticeably quicker than their journey to the Narcissus Garden. Luka recalled a wise remark from one of his previous lives: "The return journey is always shorter." Although this wasn't quite the same type of expedition, it felt like a journey to Luka, and he yearned to reach their destination.
Opening the door and stepping inside, they embraced a comfortable silence. Surprisingly, Luka felt neither shame nor embarrassment as he made his way to the bed and lay down. Xavier wasted no time climbing on top of him, igniting Luka's excitement with his boldness, just as much as his shy side did.
Luka excited Xavier regardless of how he presented himself.
