The ice continued to coat all around up to the member's chest. He's striving as he tried to break it with his hand but cannot do anything about it. He pounded it again and again but still, the ice is not stopping.
"Damn it!" He shouted.
"Give it up, you're going to be trapped in there in less than 5 minutes. That's going to be enough for you to spill the beans, I assume." Captain Lich said as he was manipulating the ice with his left hand.
The freezing aura is beginning to unfold, indicating that Captain Lich is not using his power anymore to wrap it up. He's slowing down the creation of the Ice in order to give the X's member a chance to speak. But instead of telling him what he knows, he's just keeping on pounding the ice and trying to break free.
"Now, answer my question. Who are you? What is your organization's motive?" Captain Lich asked with a soft yet ferocious voice tone. The X's member gritted his teeth as he is not speaking or doing anything aside from struggling.
"I'm going to ask again, If you don't answer me, I'll freeze you till death." Captain Lich said.
"Who are you? What is your motive?"
"I..." For some time, the member tried to speak in a low amplified sound.
"I... I'm not gonna tell you everything! He's going to destroy all of you and give us all a chance to relive our lives!" He exclaimed.
Captain Lich raised his eyebrow in confusion. He didn't exactly understand what the member of the X organization is implying with his statement. He started to increase his mana regeneration yet again in order to fasten the freezing. The member screeched in fear knowing that he only has a couple of minutes left before he's sealed from the Ice prison spell.
"I don't know but, what's the point of you reliving your life if you'll die here tonight, anyway?" Captain Lich continued to manipulate his power.
"No... NO! No please!" The member begged. He's feeling the pain on his legs and torso with the low temperature. Soon enough, once he's sealed inside the prison, it'll only take a while before he dies out of hypothermia.
"If you don't want to die then tell me what's your purpose." Captain Lich asked again.
"F-Fine! I'll tell you just, please let me go! I'll tell you everything! don't want to die!" He finally said it.
Captain Lich reduced his mana regeneration as he dropped his hand down. The ice prison's effect turned down but the member is still stuck inside making it impossible for him to escape or plan anything.
"Let's hear what you will have to say." Captain Lich approached him.
"First question, what is your purpose here?" He stretched out his head to make eye contact on the member. His eyes were pretty sharp and were brimming with a light blue colored luminosity.
"I... I came here to spy on the high ranking movement. Not just me, there's a lot more people outside this town and on the other division as well." He finally spilled it out.
"Spy on us? What do you mean?" Captain Lich moved back his head to give some space for the man.
"We are deployed under command by some mysterious guy that I don't know. I'm sorry but he doesn't really say his name or doesn't come out. He just contacted us whenever he wants to do something. In this case, we were told that we need to look out for something irregular in this division. He said we need to find out what the high positioned people are planning." He said.
"Are you really sure that you don't know who ordered you? If so, then how did you ended up with them?"
"1 month ago, our hometown in Berg was destroyed by dark magicians who wears the same cloak as I did with a symbol of X in their wrist. They kidnapped every people in the area and destroyed our villages, farms, and homes. They didn't show their faces to us, they were wearing a mask and their elemental powers are weird and somewhat dark."
"After that, they proposed something to us. They said that if we joined their forces, they'll let us live and build a new home for us in their territory. We were so scared and skeptical but we have no choice, if we don't follow them, my son and wife will be killed." He continued.
Captain Lich pulled back for a second and removed the ice prison spell. The guy slides down but he cannot move his legs because his tissues and cells are completely frozen. He needs medical treatment as quickly as possible in order to melt the frozen cells.
"But please believe in me! I just joined their forces in order to save my family! I didn't cause any harm or I didn't kill anyone. We were just told to spy and gather information from every division. I just need to save my family and get back home!" He said.
Captain Lich closed his eyes as he gazed down into the floor. He pities the man who's undergoing a serious point of option where his family is under the grasp of some dangerous organization.
"Very well, I'll let you live. I have one thing to propose to you as well." Captain Lich ended the silence.
"What is it?" The member asked.
"First, we will save your family and the other people who joined their possessions. If what you're saying is true then that means that the crimes they've been doing on the other division are potential evidence that they're already preparing for a large-scale war and has been giving us a warning." Captain Lich said.
"What do you mean? You're going to save my family?" The member asked with slight confusion in his expression.
"Yeah, that's right. However... I will only grant your wish if you will tell us everything you know about them, every single memory you can remember will serve as a clue for us in tracking them." He proposed.
"Of course! I will do my best to remember everything! I can tell you everything I know just please save my family!" The member dragged his body to approach Captain Lich, he embraces his legs while begging to save his wife and kids.
"Alright, for the time being, let's get yourself fixed first. I'll call a wagon to bring you in the capital so they can treat your injury. I will let everyone know that you're a captured member of those organizations. That being said, you're not allowed to use communication magic with them. I'm still skeptical about your actions and skills, I will have some of my soldiers to keep an eye on you." Captain Lich said with a monotone voice.
"Thank you so much! No, I'm really grateful. I promise that I'm not going to betray you, nothing else is more important than my family. I don't want them to live a miserable life." He followed.
An hour and a half have passed. Captain Lich called a wagon to bring the man he captured into the capital to get himself treated.
"Communication magic skill: Lennon" He cast a communication spell to contact Captain Lennon while he's standing in the middle of the alleyway.
"What is it?" It went in.
"I've got a piece of news for you."
"What do you mean?"
"I have one of them." He smiled as he said the news.
"What? It can't be."
"I'll tell you all of the details later, for now, I'm going to treat this guy's injury. When I stepped outside earlier my magic caught his presence. I ended up sealing him with my magic that's why he's in a critical condition."
"Alright, just get here in my office soon. I'll be waiting."
"Roger..."

"I'm here to find my mother," Nile said with a confident tone. Stell and Adara suddenly went out of a character when they heard him. Things have gotten serious with Nile's motive of joining the program he doesn't even know how it will turn out.
"Find your mother?" Aella asked.
"Yes. I'm going to join this program and get stronger. And then I'm going to explore this world to find her and my other family as well. I've been alone all my life with my uncle. That's why I'm going to use this opportunity to find them. That's my only purpose." Nile answered in a soft voice.
"That's... that's kinda unfortunate." Aella's sound appreciated Nile's motive. She smiled as she has never been able to see someone lonely.
"Wow! Look, I can see the area already!" Stell destroyed the calm mood with his exciting tone while looking outside.
The view is not that perceivable, but in Stell's point of view, he can see a signal light coming out of the area. Nile and the others decided to peek outside as well to see the light.
"You're right! I can see it." Nile exclaimed as he looked outside.
"That's weird, I don't remember them building something like this in the open field," Adara mentioned something.
"Yeah, you're right. But what could be the reason?" Aella asked.
"Isn't that obvious? The administrator already told us earlier that they need to keep this program confidential because of some dangerous acts." Stell nonchalantly said.
"I know but this field is out of region already. We don't know where we are going. I don't think those bad guys can actually reach us even if they knew." Adara answered.
"Well, it's better to be more secure. This program will be devastated anyway if it is prone to something like that. Not to mention that there are thousands of kids here that are taking it." Stell said.
"Good evening, Mana Zone testers. In 10 minutes, we're going to be arriving at the ground to settle some things before you exclusively enter the zone. Please follow the updated rules and regulations and follow the standard method as well. Those who are not going to follow it will be kicked out of the zone and will be returning to the capital. Thank you for listening." A robotic voice was announced in the middle of the ride.
"Well that's it, we're going to start soon. Nile, are you excited?" Stell asked Nile.
"Yes! Of course, I am. This is exhilarating." Nile responded.
"I'm kinda excited too, I can see that it's going to be great. I mean, learning all of this stuff is pretty new to me. And I also wanted to increase my development with my element. Right, Adara?" Aella was excited as well as she tapped Adara.
"Well... I think that's the most optimal solution anyway in order to protect our families."
10 minutes have passed. The wagons were parked near the gates and all of the testers are lining up. Some of them are puking due to seasickness while some of them are forming a group indicating that they have been making friends with everyone.
Nile and stell and the other 2 left the wagon they are taking and took a troll inside the gate. The area was large enough to handle all of the students.
There are 4 buildings collected inside the ground. The first building which is the main building was situated in the center. It has a fancy architecture and design and it's pretty big and spacious. The door leading to the entrance was also made with intricate woodwork and beautiful designs. On the other hand, the next two buildings are located on the left and right sides of the center ground. It is not that much bigger than the main building but it has a lot of windows and rooms.
The final building was located on the backside of the central building. Aside from that, there's a large battleground and an open field area with some types of equipment and things besides that might be important for their training.
"It sure is pretty large." Nile said while gazing around.
"Yeah..." Stell responded.
