"Kahlil!" Uncle Martin made a frown as he exclaimed the name of the man who caused a lot of trouble inside the capital.
Kahlil is a very dangerous man who often does some crimes in the capital, he's not just an ordinary mage that everyone can defeat. One of the crimes he had committed upon staying in the city is a series of killing and a wide scale approach of heists and thievery.
"So you stay down here, huh?" Uncle Martin didn't hesistated to ask him.
"Well now that you know where I stay, It won't do anything good for me at the very least. I'll exterminate all of you here first before I do something again." Kahlil left an intimidating look as he warned Uncle Martin and his soldiers that he'll kill them all for accidentally finding his hide spot.
"Sorry but, we're not going to let you do any crimes again because you're the one who's about to die here." Uncle Martin returned his menacing glare while smirking to Kahlil giving him a worried expression.
"Contact Arthur and tell him that we found someone even more troubling..." Uncle Martin whispered to one of his men in secret.
"Right..." The guard responded.
"Well then... Shall we?" Kahlil cracked his knuckles and stretched out his legs, neck, and shoulder to regain his flexibility.
"Bring it on..." Uncle Martin responded as he made a stance that signals that they're going to engage a criminal.
"Lightning Magic Skill: Swiftness" Kahlil casted a spell that boosts his leg power and agility. His legs began to emit a yellow spark that creates an electricity as he charge himself. He then began to leap towards the front to attack the other soldiers.
"He's fast!" Uncle Martin Exclaimed. Kahlil's elemental magic, Lightning and electricity came from the zodiac clan of Aries. The Aries clan may not be included in the 4 main elements but its uniqueness when it comes to agility, firepower, and manipulation is top notch. Most lightning element users are scouts and works as an agent. They're mostly released as an information collector because of their ability to travel faster.
The Aries clan were once included in the family of the 4 main elements however it was decided that they should remain as a sub category. Lightning element users tends to have no weakness at some point based on the history according to the achives; Long ago before King Yama was sealed, the element who almost killed him was not the family four, but the Lightning mages from the Aries clan. King Yama's elemental magic may work against all of the other elements but there's a least amount of chance of it beating the lightning element.
While dodging a lot of spell breakers and trap elements, Kahlil teleported back to his position and striked another soldier again and again and again until Uncle Martin was left all alone, he's the only one who survived the speedy attack Kahlil have managed to do. All of the soldiers have fell down on their knees and cannot continue fighting anymore.
"Well now that I've cleaned up the place, shall we proceed to our battle?" Kahlil declared a victory against the soldiers but not into Uncle Martin. The fact that he cleaned up the place first by defeating a lot of excessed soldiers or mages with weak powers or any of them is definitely a bad habit of Kahlil.
"You bastard! Water Magic Skill: Triple Water bomb!" Uncle Martin charged a dangerous spell with his water element. A massive amount of water appeared in his hand and he duplicated it.
"Take this!" He shot the triple water bomb directly into Kahlil's position.
"Lightning Magic Skill: Lightning spear!" Kahlil generated the same amount of magic and formed it into a wide spear shape to counter the triple water bomb attack. The first water bomb exploded directly on his front causing him to move backwards and avoid the falling debris. The cavern once again trembled but not because of some monsters lurking around the area but because of their powerful magic spells.
The second water bomb shifted its path to follow Kahlil; But before it hits him, he jumped right through the wall using his speedy lightning legs to create a wall for him to avoid the explosion. Kahlil have managed to avoid it but the area of damage is too great and powerful causing him to increase his speed even more.
'This guy, how the hell did he managed to control something like this? Does he have an unlimited amount of Mana?' Kahlil were surprised of Uncle Martin's manipulation of mana for his water magic element. The fact that he can control the three powerful water bomb with ease makes him a remarkable magician. Normally, when someone is using a spell while producing a continuous amount of it using the user's mana; It will take at least a couple of minutes to regenerate the same amount of mana but in Uncle Martin's case, he doesn't flinch nor does he wait for some time to regain his mana.
The final water bomb passed under the wall that Kahlil made, he used his Swift magic spell again to boost his speed but the water bomb is still catching up. After he leaped, the water bomb dropped on the ground causing a massive explosion that devastated the outer crate near the cliff.
"Now it's my turn!" Kahlil, using his resistance and speed, he fired the lightning spear quickly when he jumped from the ground. A lot of electric particles rose as the lightning spear reach Uncle Martin's position. This lightning spear that Kahlil have shot is not just an ordinary magic spell, it has the same amount of firepower with the triple water bomb magic spell. Uncle Martin might've not survive.
"Water Magic Skill: The Wall of Atlantis!" Uncle Martin cast another powerful spell but this time it is a defensive type magic skill.
A large wall suddenly appeared on the ground, by the looks of it, it is a cyan-colored brick will with a powerful shield barrier covering the entire radius. Uncle Martin moved the walls to block the incoming lightning spear. And it worked very effectively. A large electric explosion happened and the walls are crumbling. The soldiers went fine because of Uncle Martin's defensive abilities.
"You... You blocked the spell easily?" Kahlil exclaimed.
Soon enough, the electric particles dissipated into the thin air. Uncle Martin dropped the wall as he took a gaze to see if Kahlil is still in the air, he made a menacing look to threaten Kahlil that he is not just an ordinary soldier.
The defensive spell ended abruptly as Uncle Martin didn't waste any time figuring out what to do. He suddenly rushed in to hit Kahlil.
"AHHH!" When he reached the corner, using his water magic skill, he boosted his body and made a roundhouse kick. Kahlil didn't have much time to evade so he blocked the kick with his elbows but the impact is too great. He flew right away when he received a massive shock with the blow Uncle Martin made.
Kahlil's body went into the rocky walls and he destroyed it.
"Damn it! I see that you're also good at martial arts. With this in mind, I think I can at least reward you for having that much of a courage to fight me head to head." Kahlil said. Uncle Martin didn't pay any heed to what he is saying, he didn't wasted any time so he attacked again.
"Lightning Magic Skill: Zeus' Wrath!" Kahlil cast a spell that boosted his lightning magic spell and his mana manipulation. A yellow aura emitted from his body, he then evaded Uncle Martin's punch and did a counter blow with an uppercut.
"Urgh!" Uncle Martin coughed a small amount of blood as he took the impact. The speed of Kahlil gradually increased.
"Tsk!" Uncle Martin clicked his tongue as he teleported back to his position.
"Oh my, what's wrong? You look so tired now, what happened? Come on... Let's fight head on again." Kahlil provocation made Uncle Martin uneasy and mad. He is on a different level now.
'He used an advanced magic skill to quickly evade my attack. This is going to be really tough to handle, I cannot use any more of my mana or I'll run out of it very quickly! If only Arthur was here, I can maybe buy some time before he arrives and then hopefully release my full power if that happens. Kahlil's mana must run out as well if I waited.' Uncle Martin's thought made him vulnerable; Kahlil quickly teleported behind his back and kicked him in the body.
"Argh!" Uncle Martin took the blow and he flew right away.
"That feels good..." Kahlil said.
Uncle Martin gritted his teeth, he's becoming more poweful as time pass by.
"Y-You... You'll pay for this..." Uncle Martin struggled to move. He casually leaned on the rock to rest his body.
"Well, I guess you're not going to put up a fight anymore. I should just kill you and your other subordinates here so you won't interrupt my territory again." Kahlil said as he approach Uncle Martin.
'Arthur! Nile!' He thought.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the cavern, Nile and Marie continued to venture the strange area. The miners must've no idea that this kind of area inside the cave exist.
"There's a lot of strange rocks here, don't you think?" Nile asked while viewing the cave.
"Yeah! There's a lot of sparkly rocks! I wish I can tell Papa so that he can mine me some of this." Marie responded excitedly. She looks so happy after that event.
The two of them continued to walk until they saw something.
"Hold on..." Nile halted their movement. He searched the surrounding for a moment but it looks so quiet.
"Ha! Look, Big brother Nile! There's a gate or something there!" Marie saw a large door on the left side of the area. There's a path leading to it.
"Hmm... Let's take a look." Nile was skeptical at first but he decided to take it anyway. They jumped right through the path. It looks clean and shiny.
'This gate, if I'm correct, this gate must have something inside like a big treasure or any of the sort. But what if it is something different? If there's any danger inside it, I won't be able to save Marie because I'm powerless. Damn it! I don't know what to do! I need to somehow think of a plan to escape before entering or I'll lose it all.' Nile were having a deep thought. His overthinking often leads to a better outcome because he can smell danger but it is only because of luck. He knows that he might fail this time.
They continued to follow the path until they reach the large door. Nile stretched out his hand to push it.
As soon as he opened it, a bright room full of crystals, diamonds, and treasures appeared right before their eyes, it is a beautiful site to see.
However...
"Hey kid..." A deep voice can be heard. Nile and Marie entered to see who it was who called them.
"You've picked the wrong room to camp..." A large man with beefy muscles suddenly grabbed Marie.
"NOOO! MARIE!!!"
