Here I am going to go to a little bit of science so don't mind me.
Imagine that you have just planned to study for an hour and the moment you sit on your chair, a loud "DINGGGGGG" voice comes. It's a new message from your friend! Come on!! you have to read it!
You try to stop your mind saying "No, shut up I have to study today!!!" but at last your brain finally convinced you and now you are looking at the message. After seeing it, you will reply. Then that person replies back and eventually you both start chatting and keep on doing so.
Do you know why this happens? Seeing comments on youtube and social media and keep scrolling it? This happens because of a hormone. It's called dopamine. So, this is the reason you being distracted all the time!
Well, you can't just get rid of it as it's important for your body. Every hormone in your body and everything is important so you can't just say to get "rid" of it.
Does this have a solution? Yeah, it does of course! Some people just fully stop everything and every way of fun from their lives.
That is not fun right? So, you can try to reduce the use of technologies for a while and instead, go and take a walk outside! Enjoy!
this way this hormone doesn't get triggered and at the same time, you can use fewer electronics.
Try spending time with your family and friends. Remember, not virtually but in real life!
