Chapter 9 - If There Is A Will, There Is A Way.

This quote is pretty much known to everyone here. Right?

It's just a simple thing which we know already but we are still unknown to the fact that how much importance does it carry in our lives. "If there is a will, there is a way". What does it mean? Never really paid attention to it. Am I right?

To answer it simply, It means, If you really want to do something, there's no way that you can fail. I know that I'm going to go a little off-topic now, but it is actually connected to the thing itself.

Say, for example, someone calls you an "idiot" or "stupid". What would you do? Either you would become angry and say something back, or maybe just roll your eyes and walk away.

Now it depends upon you. You can think about that single person all day, wondering why did he or she say that to you? Why do they hate you? If they do, how can you not make them hate you or just say "Pft? If someone hates me I don't give a damn."

I know you still didn't get my point. Then let me tell you this-

No one can make fun of you, unless, you allow it yourself.

Now I never told you to become the bully or the great dictator or something. I mean, if you don't care what they said about you then the chapter is closed.

We, people, have a very bad habit of following this so-called "chain". Someone does something, says something, and walks away. The connection between you and that person is broken now as he or she said this or that and already forgot it. You are the one who is not letting go, because of which the cycle is not breaking.

Now let me be on point-

No one can make you do something if YOU don't want to. No one can stop you if you want to do something willingly. If you want to fulfill your dreams, Not a single person can stop you except, well, yourself.

The main battle is not between your classmates, schoolmates, or co-workers. it's you versus you.

Can you handle your time? Are you capable enough to be able to avoid distractions? Are you worthy enough? Remember, You will only win if you are worthy. If you are not, believe me, it's not going to help you in the long term, and even if you forget that, you must know that winning with your hard work and winning by some "cheat-codes" in this real-life game are different things. Reaching your goals by hard work, it's another juicy experience which only you can understand.

To be honest, who doesn't want to be a good student? Even the so-called backbenchers have this hidden desire in their minds that- "Maybe we can also score well.", "Can I succeed in my life?", "Can I make my parents proud of me?" such things as common.

No one is "bad" in academics. It's just that you're too lazy. Laziness, procrastination, are some of the words which are haunting us, students, and even adults for decades.
