Samuel was standing in one corner of the cafeteria from where he could see everyone, but no one could see him. He stood there delighted, avoiding everyone, the women, the guys' everyone.
He was happy to see Sarah getting along in the office, but she was still sitting alone. He thought to join her but dropped the idea when he saw Jeremy approaching her.
'May I?' Asked Jeremy bending to her.
'Yah sure, why not.' She said with a smile.
He pulled the chair out and sat on it, and they began talking.
'It was nice to meet you, Jeremy.' Said Sarah to Jeremy, slowly eating.
'Yeah, really? Well, every girl says that at the start.' He said and they both laughed.
'No, actually I owe you a lot, that day you helped me a lot when..when that lift broke down suddenly.' Said Sarah.
'No worries, lady. It was just a thing which anyone could have done to help a beautiful one like you.' He said.
'Well, from the lift...I want to ask you something. Why were you so much afraid. I mean it was scary but you looked a lot more scared than I thought.' He said further.
'I thought?' She questioned.
'I...I mean I never thought you could be so scared.' He said.
'Actually, something happened some years back due to which I'm afraid of such accidents and darkness.' Sarah said and got lost in deep thoughts.
'Are you being nostalgic right now lady?' He asked.
'Um, no. Not at all.' She said.
'By the way, why do you address every woman as a lady?' She asked looking at him.
'Cause...they are all Ladies, I guess.' He said and Sarah scoffed.
'No, I mean I never heard you call any girl by her name except for Emma. Why?' She asked.
'Well, that's a secret. But, you look like a safe person so I'll tell you.' He said and Sarah smiled.
She had filled herself and her plate was empty, so she kept the plate aside and bent towards him to listen carefully.
'Yeah, tell me. what is it?' She asked.
'Well...the thing is, I don't exactly remember their name.' He whispered to Sarah in her ear and Sarah exclaimed,
'What!!' She almost shouted and Jeremy gave her a signal to lower down her voice.
'Oh! sorry, but why don't you?' She asked further with curiosity.
'I have met so many women and I get confused. Moreover, if I accidentally addressed them with some other name so they get quite angry. Cause you see, girls are quite sensitive when it comes to their name.' He said whispering.
'No, that's not a truth. I'm not sensitive at all.' She said and started to think something.
'By the way...do you remember mine?' She asked further.
'Yeah, of course.' He said confidently.
'You're...Sa..na. Yah, Sana.' He said and banged the table with a fist lightly with happiness.
He was overwhelmed that he did remember her name.
Sarah stood up shook her head, took her plate, and moved towards the bin to throw it. While Jeremy sat there in confusion asking if that was correct or not and that made Sarah smile.

I smiled as I saw her walking out of the cafeteria but I wished she could sit with me a bit more. I wished that she could talk to me a bit more.
'But let me tell you I do remember yours, Sarah!' I whispered under my breath and my smile that got pasted on my face a second ago was resisting to go away. I had the best time of my life today.

'He is very determined, and I know this cause I'm the same and he is my son. If he has decided something then it's hard for anyone to make him change his mentality.' I said to her.
'But uncle Johnathan, what am I supposed to do?' She asked.
'Look, Carla, you just have to attract him like a magnet. That's it.' I told her.
'Magnet? you know I'm not that good in studies uncle.' She said being a bit angry, cause she never liked it when someone made fun of her by the topic studies.
'What I mean to say is, like a magnet attracts another magnet.' I said and she still looked at me with confusion.
'You know...in a magnet opposite charges attr...Oh! forget it. What I mean to say is, I want you as my daughter in law, by hook or by crook.' I told her.
'I can do that. But uncle, he never listens to me when I go and meet him at his company. I've never seen him being his home. So where can I meet him?' She asked.
After thinking a while I got a perfect idea for her to talk to him,
'Tomorrow. Tomorrow is a small party at my house. He'll be there too, meet him then and there.' I said.
Carla stood up and smiled. She hugged me, said thank you and went out of the room.
I was happy that finally, I've got someone who could make Niall, understand that his dad is only wishing him to have a better life, and that could only happen if he married Carla.

She went to the bank to ask why she didn't receive the cheque this month.
'Excuse me, it says that my bank account is empty, but I'm supposed to receive some amount every month and there's no way my bank account can go empty. Can you please check it?' She said in a shivering voice
She is quite old to walk this far on a hot day like this. She is panting and she is worried. Her life depended on her bank account, she can't live without it. She spent her savings too, it's been two months since she hasn't received a single penny. She has nowhere to go, what will she do now.
'Your name please.' Asked the man at the reception.
'Merylin, Merylin Edward.' She said.
'Sorry ma'am but there's no amount transferred in your bank account in the last two months, this is what the details say.' Said the man after looking at his computer screen for a while.
'How's this possible, please check it properly. I'm supposed to receive it every month. There might be some problems.' She said.
'No, ma'am we are sorry but there's actually no details of an amount being transferred to your account.' He said again after looking at his computer for seconds.
'What? This is not possible, what am I supposed to do now.' She said and went out of the bank.
She was all flustered, she kept thinking,
'John can't do this, he promised me to keep me and my son safe if I left him. He can't do this. What will I do? Where will I go?'
But she had still some money left. She decided to fly back, to where it all started with the money she was left with. She knew, that once she meets John her problems will be solved. She knew that John was not so rude or cruel. He was just so opposite of what he looks, and she also knew how much John loved her...
