Three Months Later…
Clara walked in to wake me up, but she was surprised to see me already awake and staring out the window. "My Lady, Your already awake!? We must prepare you for your coronation today." ,Clara said. "Mm…" ,I mumbled. "What are you looking at, Your Grace?" ,asked Clara. I turned around and blocked the window, so she couldn't see. "I agree, Clara. I should get ready for my coronation, today." ,I said while pushing her away from the window. She giggled and I blushed. I cannot be caught gawking at Daniel on my coronation day. I'm going to be Queen, therefore, I have to pull myself together. I took a deep breath and put on my dress. It's even prettier than a wedding dress. "You look absolutely stunning, Your Grace!",exclaimed Clara. I smiled, will Daniel think so, too? I wonder if he'll be able to keep his gorgeous eyes off me. "My Lady? Did you hear me?" ,asked Clara. "What were you saying?" ,I asked. She smiled, and said,"Will you please sit down, so I could do your hair?". I nodded and sat down. She put my hair up, and it looked gorgeous. She didn't put my tiara on my head because the crown will be placed on my head. I stood up and walked outside my chamber doors for breakfast. Everyone was working so hard preparing for my coronation. The chandelier never looked so beautiful as it did today. The ballroom looked exquisite, and I could smell my breakfast from down the hall. Mmm…yummy… sausage gravy and biscuits, my favorite! I was so excited, I started to run to the dining room to eat my food. The guards rushed after me, it felt like I was playing tag! It was so fun. I stopped instantly, when I felt a cold breeze go up my spine. I couldn't move, the guards eventually caught up and stood in place behind me. I turned around and grabbed the sword from one of the guards' waists. "Teach me the way of the sword after breakfast." ,I demanded as I held the sword up against his throat. He gulped then nodded. I smiled and handed him his sword. I turned around and walked into the dining room. I sat down and dig into my food like a pig. It was so good, I had no time nor desire to have manners. I finally finished my plate, and realized my mother just sat there watching me. I wiped my mouth and apologized, "I'm so sorry, mother… I was starving.". She nodded and continued to eat. I stood up and walked out. Well, that was embarrassing.
