Currently due to the excess amount of food that Daiki and Tatsumaki had gathered and hunted the two of them are now preparing the meals. Tatsumaki was also finally free of the bandage ball by herself by following Daiki's instruction and that is to shoot it with a plasma beam.
"This is all your fault" Tatsumaki accused Daiki who was butchering a cow like monster but with rather strong muscles and its horns are positioned like a triceratops and cow mix.
"How is it my fault?! your the one who continously shot beams that are extremely high temperature of compressed air towards me!!" Daiki shot back while Tatsumaki was cutting the vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, onions, along with some herbs unknown to Daiki quickly.
"Urusai!!! Urusai!! Urusai!!" Tatsumaki continued shouting while throwing the cut vegetables towards Daiki who is effortlessly segregating it between the bowls that are present and also mincing the meat.
'Now she sounds like Sh@n@ from Sh@kug@n no Sh@n@' Daiki wanted to comment but he will be found out if he did.
Everyone who was watching this scene thought at first that 'the two of them would be a great married couple' then later changed into 'Anyone who enters the kitchen will be killed instantly!!!'
"Pound the minced meat then add the vegetables" Daiki muttered as he continued to effortlessly dodge or catch the ingredients that Tatsumaki was throwing towards him.
"add some sault and pepper" Daiki muttered then did it.
"[Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal] [Dimension Portal]" Daiki muttered in high speed then ten small black circles appeared and circled around him while the other ten appeared onto a long table and on the sink.
"mix thoroughly then chill" Daiki muttered while doing it as an avalanche of cookware, all kinds of spoons, and all kinds of forks, a was flying towards him.
"[Fireball]!!!" Tatsumaki shouted then a giant fireball was sent flying towards Daiki, only for it to be intercepted by a giant bowl full of vegetables and minced meat.
"Tatsumaki help me out in here! There is just too many patties that I have to make" Daiki ordered which Tatsumaki just followed.
"Okay Okay just get out and get onto the cooking pit" Tatsumaki ordered and took the giant bowl with the meat and vegetables while Daiki took another bowl and started to crack eggs in it.
"add seasonings to the egg then mix thoroughly" Daiki muttered while Tatsumaki was massaging the meat and vegetable mixture.
"place breadcrumbs onto another bowl" Daiki muttered while Tatsumaki started to shape the patties and throw it to Daiki who caught it and placed it on the bowl with scrambled egg.
"Don't fry everything, patties are best served grilled especially because of the vegetables" Tatsumaki ordered so Daiki setted up a place where he would be able to grill to his hearts content.
Daiki placed some of the patties on top of the grill which was made out of sticks made out of iron which is normally used as a weapon but Daiki recycled it by making it as a grill.
"Darn using wood as a fuel source for grilling really makes you hungry" Daiki commented while the onlookers were restless on eating to the point of fighting whoever will get the first cooked patties.
Daiki then noticed the enormous pile of patties that Tatsumaki finished making so he immediately started tossing them into a giant frying pan filled with oil, frying some of the patties that Tatsumaki made after covering them with egg and bread crumbs.
"Luna!! please help me out here!!" Daiki called out to Luna who was currently practicing her mana manipulation.
"Coming! Onii-chan!!" Luna shouted in delight and when she got there Daiki immediately washed her hands then placed a stool on the ground and then placed her there.
"Please help me out in covering the ones that Tatsumaki-sama is making with eggs and then bread crumbs" Daiki requested then started to check the grill then flip the patties which gave off an irresistible aroma the he went to the giant frying pan and flipped the now golden brown patties which didn't give off as much aroma as the grilled ones.
"Of course!" Luna chirped then started to do her own portion of the work while Daiki, who was currently waiting for the patties to be cooked started to make tea and ledon (lemon) juice.
"Finished! now for the sauce" Tatsumaki muttered then took a huge pot.
"[Earth Wall]" Tatsumaki said then a wall made out of earth emerged and covered the entire area that is five meters away from her.
Tatsumaki started to make the sauce which is sending chills along Daiki's spine but couldn't care less and then took out the cooked patties which made the onlookers hungrier. Some adventurers and merchants also started to wonder towards their campsite due to the enticing aroma that the patties were giving off. Daiki then started grilling and frying the next portion.
Daiki chilled four patties two grilled and two fried a little then took a bite. The crunching sound of the bread crumbs breaking was so enticing to the point that the adventurers and merchants lost control of themselves and started running towards them so Daiki had to create a giant wall of ice separating them.
"Here, try some Luna" Daiki offered then Luna took a small nibble since it was a new dish for her but she immediately started to bite into the patty more vigorously to the point that she accidentally bit Daiki.
"Sorry Daiki-nii" Luna apologized while Daiki just smiled at her and patted her on the head which also made her smile.
"Hey! Tatsumaki-sama!! is the sauce ready yet?!!" Daiki asked loudly.
"Wait a second!! this needs careful measuring in order to bring out the umami of every single ingredient!" Tatsumaki answered.
"Well then I guess you will need some samples" Daiki said then went near the earth wall.
"[Soft Gale]" Daiki said then demolished the earth wall while the dust was being collected by the wind that Daiki had made.
"Say Ahh~" Daiki said while holding a piece of grilled patty that is slightly chilled so that Tatsumaki's tongue wouldn't get burned.
"Ahh~" Tatsumaki accidentally went with the flow since she was so concentrated on her work to the point that she didn't notice what Daiki was doing.
"Delish! This is absolutely delicious!!" Tatsumaki commented.
"Daiki-sama would become a great husband in the future!" Tatsumaki commented which nearly paralysed Daiki.
"I would want a husband like you" Tatsumaki murmured which made Daiki's face turn crimson red then hightailed out of there to flip the patties while the other's were just confused.
"Youth?" Asuka said with uncertainty.
"Youth" Kazue answered while the rest nodded.
After a grueling twenty minutes of waiting the sauce and patties were now all cooked and ready to be served.
"Let us prepare the proper utensils in order to eat this healthy and highly appealing dish" Maria and Dena said but Daiki and Tatsumaki just looked at her with confused expressions as if she had grown a second head.
"Maria-san and Dena-san it's already prepared, just wait for Tatsumaki-sama on garnishing and making final touches into the dish then just grab serve it" Daiki said then went back into the temporary kitchen for only Daiki, Tatsumaki, and Luna knows what since he blocked it using ice magic even though he made a door like structure.
This time it was the servants who were more than willing to arrange everything but later found out that it was already prepared while the chaos in the temporary kitchen was happening.
"How? Just How?" Maria asked astonished at the nearly perfect arrangement of utensils such as forks, spoons, plates and glass cups? as well as the unnecessary lighting.
"Believe me Tatsumaki-sama had done the same thing once or twice already as if she was a professional" Dena said but Maria just shook her head.
"No, not that, Daiki-sama had done this sort of stuff pretty much all the time but what I am asking about is just how did he arrange this entire set up while doing those other stuff?!" Maria said.
"Forget about the details its those two we're talking about so asking questions that won't ever be answered will just hurt your head so let us just sit down and wait for the meal" Vein suggested while actually dissing the two five year old kids in the kitchen.
"Daiki-nii is really mysterious, serious, overprotective, quick witted, yet never calm when someone precious to him is in danger, gullible and pretty easy to manipulate" Luna joined in while handing out the patties two grilled and two fried for each person while it was slightly covered in sauce and there are some Kumber (Cucumber) that are sliced into different three dimensional animals.
"Are these alive?" Rain asked as she took a look at her animal which is a panda.
"Believe it or not it is not alive even though it pretty much looks alive" Tatsuya answered while inspecting his which is a five tailed fox with a hell'ish like aura surrounding it which is a complement of Tatsumaki.
"I am currently hesitating on eating this" Yuni announced since her's is a cute little dove.
Daiki, Tatsumaki, Luna, and the servants finally finished on serving the dishes so they sat down on their respective chairs.
"Anyways let's dig in!!" Kentarou and Tatsuya excitedly said while having their fork and spoon on hand.
"Itadakimasu!!" Everyone said then started chowing down the food.
After they finished the adults were the ones who cleaned the place up while Daiki and Tatsumaki temporarily opened a store selling the excess patties which earned them four silver coins a piece not bad considering that a piece of bread is commonly two bronze coins.
