Last Time in Two God Like Mortals
"You were pregnant with our fifth child!" Daiki just dropped a giant bomb onto Tatsumaki.
"What?!!! Tatsumaki-sama is pregnant with Boss' Child?!!! and its the fifth non the less?!!!" Hina shouted after accidentally waking up at the right time.
"Pffftt!! Hahahahaha!!! we got you good!!!" Tatsumaki tried to play it off as a joke but Daiki was still too shaken from remembering the scenes much clearer each and every time he falls asleep, its a wonder how his body, sould, and mind could take it.
"Tatsumaki-sama... you can annul our engagement whenever you want to, I... I want you to have a good life but if your going to be with me your and your children's lives would be in danger" Daiki warned Tatsumaki which was also a warning to Luna and Hina since he knows that they fancy him.
'This is for the best...' Daiki thought and closed his eyes fully expecting Tatsumaki to accept his offer as well as Hina giving up on him.
'But... why does it hurt so much? even though I barely know her, my soul keeps telling me that she is someone I should never lose' Daiki was confused of his own conflicting feelings, on one hand making Tatsumaki reject him is the most logical choice so that she can live a normal life but on the other hand he also doesn't want to let her go or to see her with another man.
"Hang on a minute! Why does Daiki and Tatsumaki have a much stronger attraction in this life? shouldn't they only be able to be attracted with each other once they reach puberty?!" Roku asked everyone who are watching while especially gazing suspiciously at the God of Worlds.
"Roku-kun, Don't look at me like that... I didn't do anything! I am innocent!! I swear in my authority!!" the God of Worlds swore.
"Even if you didn't do anything, someone definitely did!! Does that someone not know that this could ruin everything!!! forcing mortals to fall in love will only bring forth destruction!!" Roku warned everyone in the room but no one was fazed by the threat of The God of Death.
"Roku, do you really think that they can even be controlled by our powers? mortals whose soul had survived a ten times in the circle of reincarnation will go and become God's in the future, Daiki and Tatsumaki are already in their fiftieth reincarnation that is currently known and confirmed" Beni (Roku's pet name to her) tried to ease Roku's stress.
"I sure hope that your just not playing with their souls or else" Roku warned while giving off a dangerous aura.
"Dad please don't hurt uncle, Uncle Zein will teach you a lesson sooner or later!" Sai-chan or the Goddess of War and the most worshipped God in the world of Daiki and Tatsumaki warned which made Roku shiver at the thought of Zein's training regimen.
"Brrr... I don't... ever... want... to do... that again..." Roku said while trembling and collapsing at the couch reserved for him and his family.
"Just what kind of training did the bormally ruthless killer Roku go through to be scared of him?" The God of Magic asked while the other three Gods who are acquainted with Zein shivered and started trembling on their spot.
"Trust me... You'd rather die than go through that training" The God of Worlds said almost reluctantly but still gave them a piece of advice while the two Goddesses just nodded vigorously.
'Achoo! is someone talking about me?' Daiki wondered while still remaining calm on the exterior but is still in a inner turmoil.
"Daiki you idiot!!!" Tatsumaki shouted to Daiki's ears because he had been unresponsive for the past minute.
"Aghh!! That freaking hurts!!!" Daiki almost cursed but saved it so naturally to the point that one would think that he had no intention to curse whatsoever while he desperately tried to stop the ringing inside his ears.
"That's on you, you think that I didn't know that?! My father had already told me everything right from the start and we decided that it would be much better for me to be with you!!" Tatsumaki explained in a hurry but Daiki was still able to fully understand it.
"But I don't want you to be with me just because our parents decided it!! I want you to be with me mind, spirit, and body!!!" Daiki shouted out what he was really feeling.
"I don't know why but ever since I had seen you from the very first time I just couldn't take you out of my mind, you were like a plague that I couldn't stop or surpress" Daiki explained.
"Hold on a minute Boss!! You should not forget what I had just said and start your lovey dovey couple-ish skit!" Hina interjected.
"But it is true, I always get reminded of my incompetence in the future!" Daiki just didn't know anything any longer.
"I always see my own future family getting killed, my daughters and wife being molested in front of me and I couldn't do anything, my sons tortured and suffering a life worse than death... I... I can't take it anymore!! The sounds of their flesh being ripped apart!! my unborn child getting turned into mush!! I just couldn't stand it!!! I'm broken..." Faiki let out his feeling and pent up frustrations which made him unconsciously release a huge surge of power undoing the first restriction placed onto his soul by the Gods.
"See!! this is why you should have toned down the oracle that would no longer happen!!" Roku declared as he pointed out the first set of invisible chains breaking.
"We should not change it" The God of World said firmly.
"If you won't I will!!" Roku declared and started to go towards teh monitor like screen but was stopped by the God of Worlds.
"No one shall remove the oracle!!" The God of Worlds announced firmly while showing off his power as the God of Worlds.
"Tch" Roku clicked his tongue in annoyance.
"You and I both know that it is breaking him from the inside, what would you do if he turned?" Roku asked in a dangerous tone showing off why he is called the God of Death.
The God of Worlds couldn't say anything back to him and just stood there speechless yet his eyes was filled with determination.
"I can already smell the corruption eating him up, it might still not be readable by the system you made but once it is then it would already be too late" Roku said then left.
"The little boy finally grew up" Roku commented then smiled faintly.
"We will talk with him" The Goddess of Life said then grabbed the Goddess of War with her.
"He was testing you" The Goddess of Worlds said.
"Huh?" The person in question was actually unaware.
"How about I grant him an anti mind corrosion skill?" The God of Worlds muttered to himself.
"No need I think that he would have something or someone much better than a skill" The Goddess of Worlds said then pointed towards teh monitor like screen.
"Since the oracles that the two of you receive are connected, why don't we try to see each other's oracle?" Hina suggested.
"Hina-sam your a genius!!" Tatsumaki announced while clasping Hina's hands which made the girl blush since she is still not used on being called with '-sama'
"One problem though, I only get it when I am asleep" Daiki announced.
"I also only get it when I am asleep" Tatsumaki also announced.
"We already slept on the same bed but we didn't see each other's oracle" Daiki added.
"Maybe your heads need to be touching?" Hina suggested.
"Of course! our heads holds so much information and me and Tatsumaki-sama are supposed to have a connection" Daiki muttered while holding his chin and going in a thinking posture.
"It might just work" Daiki said.
"Then the two of you sit down and touch your heads like how a couple normally does!" Hina ordered although it hurt her just by saying it.
Daiki and Tatsumaki followed Hina's order and slept in a sitting position while their heads were touching each other.
