Chapter 20 - Back To Hogwarts

Finally the day had arrived , the day Laura had looked forward to . Today she was going back to Hogwarts . She finished checking her trunk then looked around her room to see if she has left anything . Then after admitting that there was nothing else to be packed she stood up straight . The thing was she didn't want to leave any of her belongings in their rotten Manor . But she couldn't carry everything to Hogwarts with her could she . Their was a house elf waiting by her door  . Laura had not noticed it earlier . It was waiting to carry Laura's trunk downstairs . Laura pitied the creature and said ,' Thanks for offering to help but I reckon I can carry it downstairs myself .' the house elf looked a bit confused but then nodded and left muttering a thanks . Laura started struggling the trunk downstairs but it was a difficult task though she was a 15 year old . She was about to topple from the stairs when someone got hold of her . She sighed deeply then freed herself from her saviour's grip . And turned around to see herself standing close to Draco . She said  'Thanks ' but he barely nodded then picked her trunk up and started to carry it downstairs . ' I can do it myself, thank you .' she said trying to get her trunk out of his grip . ' Taking help doesn't make you weak .' replied the latter . Laura was reminded at once of her other cousin Tonks . Her heart ached she pulled herself together then said ' I am aware of that but I'd rather like to carry it downstairs myself .' Draco ignored this and started ascending the stairs . Laura followed him downstairs . Then they left for the King's cross station Laura really did feel a bit cheerful . They reached the King's cross station and Narcissa was hugging and kissing her son who looked rather irritated . Laura wanted to laugh but controlled herself . Then Narcissa said turning over to Laura 'Take care of yourself .' Laura replied ' I will ' then both she and Draco aboarded the train . Without saying a word they departed .  Then Laura started finding Jillian . She found real quick . Then they started talking Laura told her everything in detail . And the train ride was unusually short . They arrived at the hogsmeade station . Then went to the castle with a carriage . Laura was feeling really happy to come back to Hogwarts .
