Laying beside Raven feels so good. I love watching her sleep. I can't imagine life without her. She has brought so much to our Kingdom. Suddenly I feel our babies kick. Raven grunts in her sleep, so I know she feels it too. I rub the side of her face gently. She is so strong and intelligent. I love her so fiercely.
I talk to the pups in a soft voice, "I love you babies." Raven turns into my embrace and I rub her bump. She looks like she has a beach ball under her shirt. She has been working so hard. I have 3 shewolves doing her job. They are struggling with everything she did alone.
Suddenly I hear the smallest little voice, "I love you too daddy. Please don't worry about Mommy, I have been giving her strength. She has so many good plans for us pups I just had to make her strong like me. I will always protect mommy and sissy. I can't wait to meet you daddy. You are a great king."
I think it is my son so I speak to her tummy again, " Son is that you? How are you and your sister doing in there? I can't wait to meet you and give you a name." I hope he can hear me. "Daddy mommy gave me a name it's Grant Scott Brown and sissy is Lillian but I don't know the other part. Just Lillian Brown for now. Do you like my name?"
"Actually I do like your name and sissies name too.", I reply. "I'll see you really soon daddy.", my son says. I wonder how he is mind linking me at such a young age. Normally only witch babies can do that. I need to ask Raven about witch blood in her family.
I don't think we have any witches in our background but I'll have to research. Raven cuddles in closer so I nuzzle into her neck. Within minutes I too am sound asleep. I wake when Raven moves to get up. I look at the clock and it's 4:30. "I just need to pee.", she assures me.
After 5 minutes I go knock on the bathroom door. "Babe are you ok?", I ask her. "Uh huh, I just keep leaking pee. It doesn't stop.", she replied through the door. "Baby that sounds odd, I'm going to get the doc up here.", I tell her. "Ok, I'll unlock the door. You can come in if you want too. I just lock it from years of habit not to actually keep you out. Actually it would help if you just held my hand. I am a little nervous.", she states.
"Doctor I think you might need to check on Raven and the twins. She went to the bathroom to pee and she says the water won't stop.", I mind link the pack Dr on call. "Ok, I'll be right there, ask Luna if she wants a home birth or in the pack hospital. I need to get either location set up."
"Baby do you want to give birth here or over at the pack hospital? They want to get set up just in case.", I asked her. "I would honestly like to just be here where our scent is stronger. It relaxes me.", she replied. "Then here is where you will be my love.", I assure her.
The doctor knocked at the door, as he bustled in I informed him of the fact she was going to have the twins here in our room. He started making the plans. Nurses came in, they started getting everything ready. The doctor was still in the bathroom with Raven.
"Will, I need to walk to the bed can you please help me?", Raven asks. "Nope, I will carry you not help. There love, lay back and rest when you can, I'll be here to help you push and anything else you need. I love you baby girl. I am here for you and our pups.", I kiss her forehead.
The Dr started examining her again, "Yes, Luna, Like I thought your water has broken and you are ready to go. Now let's get you prepped." I watch as everyone is scattered but I'm right with Raven, "I'm here baby, don't worry. I will be with you the whole time.", I wipe her brow. Then I get up in to position where I can hold her and help her push.
The nurses check everything out, plug in machines, get her all ready. One nurse lifts her gown and says, " Oh my, your majesty I didn't expect you to be shaven." My Queen looks down at her crotch, before she says, "Really what did you expect? I had it shaved at 11 but I started Waxing at 16. It's actually lasered now. The King enjoys his candy clean. Isn't that so Will?"
Raven laughs at the nurses expression. After watching the whole scene I can laugh but at first I blush hard. The doctor says, "You will heal fast because of your wolf. I will give you a birth control shot so you can decide when the next pups come into your life. When you stop bleeding and don't have pain, go back to the candy story your majesty. Now dear it's time to push."
I talk in her ear about our beautiful pups. I tell her about our son talking to me. How I like Grant Scott Brown and Lillian. I tell her I would love her name to be Lillian Marguerite Brown. I talk and pet her until the next push.
Every Push is like this. I talk her calm before the push. Finally our first born greets the world, "Look babe he is beautiful like his mommy. " She holds him to her chest, both are crying. I kiss him and her on the forehead. I see some blood on my mate and the bed starts to spin. I close my eyes and try to look away.
"Welcome to the pack Grant Scott Brown!", I say to him. The nurse helps him to latch on to Raven's niple. She explains this will help bring contractions faster so that Lillian can be born. We watch our son take his fill. "It feels so strange babe. Nothing like when you suckle." Even the doctor blushes at that one.
The nurse takes our little Grant to get vital signs as well as weight and measurements. He screamed the whole time away from us. When it's time for Raven to push he gets very quiet like he is helping her too. The doctor looks up worried. "He suddenly says don't push. Stop what ever you do don't push. The cord is wrapped around your pups neck."
Raven is struggling not to push. She is in pain. I see it and I try to help. "Lillian hold on baby girl. The doctor is trying to help. Grant if you can help your sister please do. Raven just breathe baby. Just breathe. Come on doc hurry.", I'm panicking but trying not to show it.
"Ok Raven, now push like her life depends upon it, because it does ", the dr yells at My Rav. "Push baby, push.", I try to help her. "Push mommy, you can do it.", I hear his tiny voice. "Raven, honey do you hear him?", I ask. She looks at me and shakes her head yes. "Then listen baby, push. Please save her.", I plead.
I take her legs in my hands, her hands in my hands, her back on my chest and we both push together. All of a sudden she is out. Raven is ripped and has several stitches. Lillian's shoulder had gotten stuck, after the cord was around her neck. Our pup would need lots of special attention to gain her strength. She doesn't have brain damage or any permanent damage.
"Thank you Moon Goddess for helping our little princess. Please come visit our pups and bless them.", I could hear Raven praying for our pups. I walk into the room bearing flowers. My beautiful Raven deserves much much more. "Rav honey I brought you something.", I pull out a velvet box. "You gotta stop all the presents for me. I love you not the jewelry.", she states.
I open the box and take out a diamond tennis bracelet. When I clasp it on for her she hugs me hard. "When you wear it you can think back to having our first born. They are both so beautiful. They even hold hands together.", I hold her to me.
"I am happy we are home babe. I want to be at home every time. I just want these pups out of diapers first.", she caresses my face as she talks. I look at her with all of my heart exposed for her. I love my mate, my Queen, my pups mom with all that I am.
Grant and Lillian barely ever cry because they just mind link us. It is refreshing. Not having to worry about crying at all hours. They tell us when they need something or want something. Lillian hasn't used her words yet, just coos.
I buy them each a Build A Bear stuffed bear. Grant's is white with a black ear, Lillian's is Golden with pink bows in her fur. They both have the sound of Raven's heart beat recorded inside their heart. I can't wait to see what the wolves look like. I just hope these are close. Lillian grabs her bear as soon as she sees it. Grant just looked at his with a smirk at first. When he found out it was his mom's heart beat it was as if he couldn't get it fast enough.
Raven looks so peaceful and content these last few days. She has healed completely but the doctor says no sex yet. She needs time to go through the process of child birth. It's hard not to be with her sexually but I love her enough to wait.
Watching her breast feed our pups is a beautiful thing. She is a natural born mom. She is so gentle with our pups. I know it hurts her because I see her pain. She never lets it show to others, I only see because of the mate bond. After the pups are asleep I lay her down gently on the bed and lick her wounds to heal better. Her breast are heavy and I know the nipples hurt. She feels amazing against my tongue.
She sleeps in my arms. I've been so careful not to let anyone see how much it effects her. She sleeps in my embrace to heal faster. She wants to train but I can't let her just yet. She will do great in training I'm just not ready myself. I need to make sure she is healed head to foot first.
"Pa, mommy isn't feeling well. She has an infection. Please tell the doctor to check.", Lillian's little voice says in the link. "Thank you princess, I will.", I reply. "Dr, come look at the Queen now, she has an infection.", I link. "Right away your majesty. ", he responds.
After many tests they find the infection and heal my Queen. The dr wants an explanation. "Our daughter told us. I didn't ask her how she knows. I can ask if you need to know.", I tell him. "Yes please, I would love to train another healer."
"Baby girl how did you know mommy was sick? The dr found an infection and he asked me to find out.", I request. "Mommy was glowing different, normally she is Blue, you are Red, we are purple, mommy was getting brown. Brown is infection, gray is healable, black is death.", she replied.
"She sees aura and Raven was turning Brown. She can see cancer, death, sickness and the colors you let off as to good or bad.", I tell the dr. This is going to help all of our kind. She will be a healer to all and judge to some.
