I was looking around and found a tree high up. High enough to where the monsters will not get me. I then began to climb the tree. It took me a few minutes and some close calls. But I made it. I found a thick branch and got out a blanket.
I set it on me and put the backpack back on. I used it as a pillow. My back was on the backpack and the tree trunk. I fell asleep counting the stars. I woke up as the sun was beginning to rise. I climbed down and changed. I did not want to summon Cruro to make me food.
I had never really learned how to make food. Never had time. And I never will. I then walked along the side of the river. I followed until I got to the cave. I look inside. I could see a silhouette. I walk carefully over to the body. I see it was a siren. What was a siren doing in this territory. I said in a low soft voice, "Are you alive?"
There was a groan. The siren tried to rise but smashed back into the ground. I stepped forward. I said, "Let me help you back in the water."
I reached my hand out. He hissed at me. I moved it back slightly. I said, "Let me help you. I can get you to the water."
I tried to get closer. But he hissed at me again. Yeah, most people do not like me. It comes as a total shock to some people. But that is because they are to know weak to know my true power. It is why I cover up my eyes.
He tried to stand up but fell. He turned slightly and I saw a pool of blood. He got hurt somewhat recently. It was not fatal but enough to cause pain. The person who did this was either trying to get away and did what he or she could. Or they are really fucking twisted.
I said, "Let me help you. You are going to die."
He hissed and said, "Do not touch me with your filthy human hands."
I sighed. I forgot how bitchy they act when they are in the presence of a person of their gender. But he could not tell I was a girl. I got closer again and he used his arms to try to swing at me.
I grabbed then with my hand and held his delicate wrists in one of my hands. I used the other to grab his face. I said, "Let me heal you."
He then tried to bite me. I was done. I sigh. I was having enough of this. I still had his wrists in my hands. I then picked him up. He tried to bit me. But it did nothing. I said, "Good luck with that buddy. I tried to be nice."
I then found a pool of water. I said, "Let's hope you can swim."
He went still and said, "Wait what?"
I jumped. We splashed into the water. I held my breath and swam. He was stronger in water then on land. But I was still stronger. My hood had fallen from the jump. My my face mask was still there.
My hair was barely noticable. He the began to scratch at my hood and jacket. I dragged him to the shore. He was in a cold sweat. He said, "Damn you human."
He then passed out. I then went to my bag. Everything was dry. I do love enchanted bags. I got out some string and a needle. I cut his shirt to allow me better access to the his wound. I then began to stitch him up.
I had taken quite a tumble in the water apparently. My leg was scraped up bad. It had a giant gash running up my leg. Nothing to serious. Bad but not bad enough for stitches.
I cleaned me up and a feeling of sleepiness swam over me. I then fell asleep next to the siren. I did not care about my hair at the moment. My hoodie was torn to shreds because of him.
I woke up to someone lightly poking me. I woke up on high alert. I flipped out a dagger and grabbed who ever it was I held the dagger to his eye. It was the siren. He said, "Put it down."
I said, "Do not scare me awake. And what were you doing touching me?"
He said, "I had some beautiful girl sleeping next to me. I had to make sure I was not dreaming."
I said, "And how do you know I was sleeping?"
He rolled his eyes. He said, "What happened to my shirt?"
I said, "I had to do that to fix your wound."
I got up and saw something. I saw someone or something moving. I focus my vision. I see Avalan! But then I saw something worse.
I slammed my fist into the ground and I sunk down a few feet. The siren did as well. He said, "Hey, watch it!"
I said, "You are free to leave."
I sit and think about what I saw. If I saw who I think I saw, then things are not going to end well. Why would they try to do this? I was in though. The siren said, "Here."
He hands me a necklace. I said, "I am not taking something from a male siren. I do not trust you enough for that."
He grabbed my hand and put it in my palm. He said, "You saved my life after I was a bitch. Just shut up and take it."
I said, "You were acting like a bitch because you thought I was male."
He said, "I am not usually that bitchy towards males."
I said, "So what? You still though I was male. What difference does it make. If you did not shred up my hoodie, things would have ended up different."
He sighed and said, "Just listen."
I look at him. His kissed my lips. I could feel something burn in my hand.He pulls away. I spat and said, "The hell dude!"
