Wow, I didn't believe at first but this man is actually live up in his words. The 'I'm the finest warrior' is not an empty talk and now a feast to my eye instead, as he move gently yet deadly.
His bow is made of spiraling wood-like vine and an arrow with the same type, is what he assert the last time as is his weapon of choice. I didn't bought it at first but now I agreed. . .
He has dimensional pouch too and that is where his weapon was hiding. The arrowhead at the same time had some charm in it. That is a metal unknown to me. He said its also a kind of the hardest wood in their domain but one needs to be the best whitesmith in forging and tempering it as it is harder than metal or steel. . .
To think there's such wood exists to be used as a metal. I'm dumbfounded. To be an ignorant in this world is what I can describe myself at this moment. Maybe I should start venturing this world? Ahh, lets think about it later.
And looking at this rotten elf, not just his Bow and arrow but his archery is topnotch. Every nock of his arrow, one Kerbell died and pierced through the lump of earth creating a booming sound and crater was made thereafter. Is that his skill? or is it the effect of that arrow? Or maybe from that Bow?
Not only that, his arrows are too fast! I shouldn't let my back facing him.
"Let's form a Bind Contract" I stated without the second thought just looking how that single nock can kill me on the spot. Maybe I'm afraid of dying?
"Eh? B-but Binding means if you die I die too!" he replied while shaking.
"That's the reason, I'm afraid to be hit by that arrow behind my back, so yes" I claimed. . .afterall, Binding can be cancelled out too. By only using our blood and with few oath, the two souls can now bind into one contract. Not an emotional feeling but the physical damage that inflict on either one of us and the other will felt it with hundred percent. . .Occasionally, we used it if we didn't trusts our client. But because I'm only doing missions related to our village, I never tried on using this Contract Bindings. Zero Three used it almost often if I remember correctly.
"But I am weaker, If I die you die too!"
"Ow right, make sense then" From that word of his, I realize something. Damn right. I don't want to die with this rotten fella. I see.
"Hmm, now, I trust you more that you won't leave me here, alone fufufu" He smile happily after taking back all of the arrows from the ground.
"Hah?! when did that fallacy coming from?!"
"Well, for an elf, Binding is a form of trusts"
"No? I actually didn't trust you that's why I ask it in the first place, you make it more complicated again!" And who trusts you in the first place?! Good thing he said such word. Now I don't actually want to Bind with him.
"Actually, its very easy to understand. . .you trusts me that's why you ask for it, and because of that? I, from now on will be in your care and always watch your back in the process"
"Fuck you! I ask because you might arrowhead me at anytime! Is that hard to understand? Ah forget, now I understand why I really hate elves, thank you" Yes, that's what's on my mind this whole time.
"Ah no please, although elves have superiority complex, we are the most loyal and caring creature. . .so having a friend whose caring, we reciprocate them with kindness, so thank you my friend"
"Loyal? Caring? Coming from that foul mouth of yours? I never bought that in this lifetime! Thanks to you, my image of an elf lived up to its name!" Yeah right! Now I forgot the elves' true nature. Their Pride. If not for this current circumstances, you've been dead by now.
"But I never lied! We have trusts issue, yes, but we never backstab a kindhearted one so I promised that once we get here alive, I give any compensation you want but of course I asks for another favour if you go beyond that"
Then give me the most valuable thing you have! I'll take that weapon of yours then.
Thinking about that, I can't help but grin. How much money can I reap from that weapon? Ahh, I'm not that good at business so I'll let Zero Three--Ashashi sell that weapon for me, fufu. . .
That's what I'm thinking right now but didn't even think that the same circumstances will later tilt the balance of this world.

Arriving at the entrance. What's in front of us is a 10-meter twin metal door. This is my first time entering the Dungeon Boss room so I'm quite bewildered.
"We're here at last! damn!"
Now I understand why this elf here is thin as can and malnourished when we first met. This dungeon has 5 levels of floor and each floor is like a labyrinth and even with the railway as a guide, its hard to find the boss room. Good thing he created our current map so its easier to arrive here now. But what happened during the time when he's still do the mapping? And just as I thought, he turned crazy and malnourished in a process. Or is he this crazy at first?
I look at him in pity. I couldn't help but pat his shoulder for doing this very good job.
"I-its creepy alright, don't just do that without saying anything! Do I look pitiful?" Saying so, he shook his shoulder trying to shake my hands off. . .
Yeah, I nodded immediately. "Then, I decided to help you out. You are rotten but to think you have this quirk" We arrived for less than 10 hours and if he's happened not to be here, I'll stuck here for a few days for sure or worst, forever. Good thing I didn't kill him. Ahh, I'm doing a great job too, I deserve some rewards.
"S-shut up! I mapped this dungeon for elves' prospect so stop doing that disgusting face!"
Wow, it was you who are now disgusts from my reaction? Really? You rotten shit. Ahh, I still feel good right now, so I let that slide!
After then, we looked at each other and pushed the door in front of us. . .
He told me everything he knew from the Boss they encountered. It is the Boar with protruded horn from the center of its long trunks like an elephant and walking in two, with an elephant-like arm and hind leg of a Lion. They reckon that it was a chimera. His group has the fastest mobility out of their domain but they still caught by that Chimera.
Unfortunately in my knowledge, Chimera is not monster but a 'Creature'. It is a human-created monster with different parts of monsters or animals.
Creatures are what monsters that is close being a human, or a human that is close to being a monsters.
Also, a Chimera shouldn't be as intelligent as a Boss monster as they are nothing but an experiment from its creator's desire. Unless. . .
Ahh forget it. All in all, I assumed that this Boss is not a 'Creature' but a 'Monster'. . .But to think its greater than that.
Entering, we've been welcomed by the scene we didn't think of. . .
Its like a normal Mansion or a castle. Has red carper the moment we entered. Two-way stairs and a well-made pillars as if created by a well-dexterity artisan with its out of this world crafts and designs. Like, how the fuck a normal monsters can do this kind of eye-popping looking mansion!?
"N-no, this is not. . .the last time we came here, this room is nothing but walls and pillars. There's that but not like this!"
From my side, the elf muttered in despair. He grind his teeth in frustration, he told me once not to enter the room as it might be my end but I insists and in the end, he still followed. . .
With that in mind, I look everywhere and saw the silhouettes hiding from the pillars. I didn't think about it though as they don't have any shed of intent from attacking us. But what surprised me the most is that---they're nothing but another bunch Kerbells. The same monsters we destroyed from the outside of this room.
"Welcome, my guests. . .a human, and the elf from the last time"
From the toppest stair on the left side, another silhouette could be seen as it steadily descend. Every bit of its step, the room echoes and looking at it clearly, that is indeed the boar with its trunk like that of an elephant. But this thing looks like a rhinoceros with its protruded horn.
"I am the Boar Rhinoceros, Crypt" The eight foot tall Monster introduced itself with sudden stop and is now in front of us.
He actually named himself. . .and that is the main problem lies, because this monster can actually talk. Ahh, this is not the normal intelligent monster that I'm always thinking about. So I readied my self and pulled out my knife from my sleeve, just in case.
