"Really?" I looked over at Iren.
"Yes, but where did you even get the idea from?" She narrowed her eyes. "That's never been asked before."
"Oh. It's because I got a power from another Hero, so I decided that maybe I can collect all the powers from Heros and their Gods." I stated bluntly. "And I couldn't think of anything to do to your Hero. So, I decided what I could do for myself, so that came to mind."
"I see. Well, you won, so I have to do as requested," she seemed to sneer at the thought of having to help me.
She touched her finger to my forehead and just like I felt with Stavia, a rush of power surged through my body as a menu window popped up in my HUD.

Skill name: Pocket Dimension
Skill description: A power once held by the God of War, Iren, but was passed on to the Hero, Kichirou Saiyaku. You can now create a small dimension where you can store items and access them immediately no matter where you are.
Skill Cost: 1SP
No way! That's actually pretty helpful. It's like an inventory space in a game except it's another dimension and it doesn't take up space! It still isn't a power I can use in combat, but at the same time it is a power I can use in combat. I just have to think of a way to make it useful.
"Tsk, and I shouldn't do this, but I feel it's something I can offer you." Iren walked up to me and looked me in my eyes. "Tell me that ability you used. That…'combo' as you say."
"Why should I?" I frowned. "You were required to give me that power. I don't have to give you anything!"
"Yeah! You can't do that!"
"Shut up, Stavia," Iren hissed at her before looking back at me. "And as for what you just said, if you tell me, I shall repay you with a power you will never be able to hold, unless given to you by me."
"Oh, and what's that?" I frowned.
"Magic." My eyes widened at the word.
"You can teach me magic?" I jumped at the idea.
"No, I cannot teach you magic. No one can. I have heard that you don't possess any Mana to be able to use it, but there's an ability I can give you that lets you use fire."
"Ohhhh." I bit my lip softly. Should I tell her? I mean, it's my secret skill. But if I tell her I can use fire! Wait… "How do I know you aren't lying?" I asked.
It could all be a lie. Lots of things are lies. It's what the world is built off of. I'm sure the Gods of this world have built many things off of lies. They have all these people that they watch over, that they can help, yet the decide not to. Sure, you give them the ability of Magic and Mana and all that, being able to protect themselves, but why don't you do that?
It's all a lie. The Gods tell you they watch over you, and that is true, but not to help you. They just watch like it's live television. A sit-com of sorts. It's disgusting.
"Just tell me what you call that ability. That's all I ask. You don't have to teach me or talk to me about it."
"…." I looked at her in silence for a while before letting out a heavy sigh. "I call it Skill Connect," I began. "It just allows me to link skills together. So instead of using one skill, I can use 4 of them at once, making what I call a combo."
"Hmm…I see," Iren scratched her cheek. "I have…never heard of that skill. You are rather intriguing, for a Hero chosen by the God of Love."
"You think? I'd hope so. I don't want to be like the other losers that she picked over however many knows years."
"Hey! They may have been losers, but they weren't losers! They were happy people that fell in love and had a happy family."
"Mmm. Sounds like a loser to me," I stated.
"Agreed," Iren added before sighing and pressing two fingers to my forehead. "Don't go telling anyone about this, okay?" Another surge of power rushed through me and a menu popped up in my HUD once again.

Skill Description: The strongest ability the God of War possesses. It allows the user to use Fire without the use of Mana or Magic spells. It instead is an SP ability.

My eyes widened and my jaws dropped. If I'm understanding this right, I'm able to use magic without casting a spell now. Rather instead it's a skill. Now that is definitely OP, but at the same time…

Yeah, my stats are still low, and I don't have many skills either. From what Sora and the others have told me, they are level 63, and their stats are around 1,300 with about 20 or so skills. That's about a 400 difference in stats and a significant leap on talent with skills. Of course, my class allows me to become one overpowered class, focusing almost all my stats into the classes focus, but I can't hold the stats for long before they return. It's like my power is the Omnitrix and it's timed. Maybe there's some secret code I can enter and use it for an unlimited amount of time and just nonstop switch?
Yeah, I doubt that. Not with my luck. I'm the weakest Hero, I'll never be strong. But I am smart, and I have several tricks up my sleeve.
