After that Azazel said he would try and get me a meeting with Michael. We left and as we walk back. "Ruby you can't tell anyone about the god of the bible's condition." I said vaguely just in case someone was listening. "Don't worry I know but thank you for trusting me." Ruby said with a radiant smile. "Well I can't keep secrets from my girlfriend now can I?" I said blushing, I look at Ruby and she is blushing too.
We hold hands while walking home. *Ding I look at my phone I have a message from Rias. It says call me, ok, so I go to contacts and scroll to Rias' name and press call. It rang once. "Scarlet are you near the park?" Rias asked as soon as she picks up. "Hello to you too, but I'm about five minutes away from the park, why?" I ask while looking at Ruby. "There's a stray devil in that area, can you kill it?" Rias asked. "Ok but you'll owe me one." I said, knowing the reason she asked. "Thanks Scarlet, see you soon." She said with a bit of happiness in her voice. And I hung up.
"Ruby we need to go kill a stray." I said as I started to walk towards the park. "What's a stray?" Ruby asked, I look at her and smile. "A stray is a devil that has betrayed their master or killed them for power, and have become corrupted as a result and kills indiscriminately. It's the role of a devil to kill one whenever they enter their territory." I said holding her hand tighter.
"The first time seeing one is a bit overwhelming. But I know you'll be up for it, plus you can test Crescent Rose." I said with a smile. "Um Scarlet I kinda left it at home." She said looking down sadly. I look at her with a smile. "Well luckily I didn't leave it at home." I said as I get it out from my storage space and passed it to her. "I have the best girlfriend in the world." She said hugging me and kissing my cheek.
"Let's go kill ourselves a stray." I said blushing after what Ruby did. I looked at Ruby and she's just smiling not effected at all, I have to get over this. Ok let's do this and get home. We get to the park and look around. We reach the fountain and see the stray laying in it. I walk over to it. "Stray I'm Scarlet Gremory the youngest sister to the current Lucifer and I sentence you to death." I said and nodded to Ruby. The stray got up and tried to talk but it's head blew off.
Well that was anticlimactic. "I think I out did myself on that weapon." I said out loud as Ruby bounds towards me. She jumps and I catch her in a hug. "Thank you so much, I can't believe how strong it is." She said hugging tightly. "Well of course I'll spoil my girlfriend." I said smiling and patting her back. "We should clean this up and head home." I say while grabbing the thing out of the fountain and using my power of destruction to completely destroy it. "Well that should do, let's head back." I said holding out my hand for Ruby to hold.
We take the scenic route home, and just talk about the future and about what she can expect when going to school. We make it home and I open the door. Kara is there waiting with an evil smile. "Say cheese." She said as she took a photo. I just smile and walk past her still holding Ruby's hand. I don't care anymore, I'm just too happy.
So the days started to past and we just did the same thing. Then April come around and we started school. I get up and start getting ready for school. I look in the mirror, the uniform doesn't look too bad. I leave my room and go to Ruby's and see how she looks. I knock on the door and wait. "Come in Scarlet." Ruby said through the door. "Morning Ruby how is does your uniform..." I ask then trail out when I see Ruby. She is just in her underwear, I think my mind is gone. Ruby looks at me then herself and just rolls her eyes.
"It's not like it's the first time you've seen me in my underwear." She said in a matter of factly tone.
