Akira decided that she would try to get along with some of her new classmates, her gaze landed on the blonde haired Lucy.
When their first break came, she immediately approached Lucy, who was also looking at her.
But, before she could say anything a high shrill came from the door, followed by a flurry of blue. "Gray Samaaaaa!"
Juvia flung herself onto him as Gray shrunk into himself slightly, a deep blush on his face. Akira raised an eyebrow at the sight as Lucy rolled her eyes and Natsu stared at them impatiently.
"Gray, you freezer, let's settle this today. Let's see who's strongest" Natsu shouted at him.
"Who'd wanna fight you fire-brain!" Gray retorted a second before Natsu's fist smashed into his
face like a rock into still water, Gray's face seemed to ripple.
"Natsuuuuu" Gray screamed as he punched him back in the gut.
Suddenly they both were pulled apart, a whisper of scarlet hair appeared before them, shaking them to their cores.
"Natsu! Gray! Grow up! You're no longer in primary school!" Erza
reprimanded as she punched them in the centre of their heads, they both had glazed eyes as they kneeled in sorrow.
"Calm down Erza."
Akira turned to see a handsome boy, with soft blue hair, staring fondly at the
scary woman with crimson hair.
He came in and stood next to Lucy, though a spectator he had managed to calm down the senior called Erza; he did it by making her blush intensely.
He turned to Akira and grinned, "You must be the new girl! I'm Gerald, that's Erza. Don't let her
scare you, she's just telling off her chaotic friends."
Akira smiled back and introduced herself to him, once the pleasantries were over, Erza joined
them and apologized for Natsu and Gray's behaviour.
The other students didn't seem to notice the chaos that had erupted in front of Akira, so she too chose to ignore the ruckus caused by Gray and Natsu.
Once the chaos settled down a bit, Akira tried to talk to Lucy again, only for the bell to go off!
Class had started again. So, Akira resumed her position behind the quiet black-haired boy. She
was a bright girl, so she managed to catch up to the content quickly.
Her next lesson was
maths, a lesson she looked forward to, she waited for the teacher but only saw a little boy. He
had furiously blonde hair, she wondered what he was doing here.
Surprisingly, he began writing
equations on the board, he turned to the class and told them to bring out their textbooks.
Akira noticed his green eyes and furious aura, she felt a chill crawl up her spine, but he looked so innocent.
Just then, Lucy put up her hand, "Meliodas sir, we have a new student." Akira stood up on
cue, and smiled nervously at the teacher who greeted her with a broad grin.
"Akira, right? Nice to meet you, I'm the maths teacher, Meliodas. Do you understand the
contents of our textbook thus far?" Akira nodded and began working, she had always been good at maths.
Some people peered over, wanting to taunt her, but they were surprised to see that
she was in front of even them.
Natsu noticed that she was doing well and wanted to copy her
answers, but realised that he had no idea what she was writing so he gave up.
He was never
any good at maths. Finally, it was lunchtime, she could talk to the blonde haired girl now. Unfortunately, what Akira didn't
anticipate was a much more chaotic version of the previous break, there were more people in the classroom than before.
A white-haired girl called Mirajane, a tall, buff, sparky boy called Laxus, an oddly metallic person called Gajeel. The classroom had become a club of some sort.
What shocked her even more was when the principal, Makarov, had to step in and break up the
fights. She couldn't even call them fights at this point, they were… brawls?
Somehow even the
fights were filled with love, it made her cringe slightly at how much they valued friendship, but
raised her brows at how much the said friends fought.
Before she knew it, Akira was whisked away to the oval where everyone seemed to be training,
fighting, arguing! She was shocked at the scene, she noticed Lucy trying to calm everyone down but failing.
It wasn't until Erza beat up everyone that calmness was found, Akira
felt a new found sense of respect bloom in her chest for Erza, that and awe.
Having to deal with
these people everyday seemed like a hellish task.
