Both Clara and Kevin staring deeply at the room before them. Clara step backward slowly while her eyes remained at the front of her. Arrived in front of Kevin she bending her body down and picked him up.
"Are we going there?" Clara whispered.
"Yes, but we need to be cautious since there probably will be some traps." Clara nodded then grab the lantern that were hanging in earth spike. She walking slowly toward it. Arrived inside the room Clara bring the lantern in the front side to brighten the room. The scene Clara see, is a big rock with a note placed on it. She then looked at the note directly to see what inside of it.
"If you see this note, then its mean i'm already dead. Please once you see this note, deliver it to a man named Calden Kov."
"Calden Kov?" Clara murmured while furrowing her eyebrows. Kevin like reading her thought immediately speak.
"Its the man who investigated werewolf on "Form of every creature" book." Kevin reminded her.
"Oh!" Clara immediately enlightened by Kevin words.
"So what should we do now? Should i deliver it to that Calden man?" She asked Kevin reluctantly. Although she was very curious about what the inside of it, she could only reluctantly agreed to his demand because she need to respect the man that left the note.
Sensing her reluctant tone Kevin shook his head in amusement.
"Silly..Clara on what years do you think we live now?" Kevin asked out of sudden. His question were making Clara dumbfounded. Is Kevin got amnesia or he's out of his mind?
"1420 of course! Are you forgot about that?" She asked while gazing at Kevin weirdly. Sensing her strange gazes, Kevin really want to knock her head.
"So what do you think?" Kevin asked Clara making her more confused.
"What do i think? I think we should deliver it immediately." Clara righteously said. After living with Kevin for a few weeks, Clara could assume that although Kevin was a bit strict and evil sometime. He's definitely not the man that would sneak a peek on the note like this.
"Stupid!! Do you remember the date Calden wrote his werewolf note?" He slapped his forehead for praising Clara before.
"Oh! Its on years 1328." She said after pondering for a while. Then she widened her eyes at her realization.
"Are you realize that now?" Seeing her wide eyes, Kevin assume that she already solve the puzzle.
"Yes! If Calden already that old on years 1328, it doesn't make any sense for delivering the note to his graveyard now."
"Hehe..Now i'm gonna read the note peacefully" Clara said excitedly.
Clara then resumed her reading.
Calden, please if you read this note immediately head to Haran City. The situation here is not so good as we expected. We have miscalculated that there is a possibility of shaman reside here. So as my order is just to investigate what's the behind of 10 commoner massacre, i don't expect that the murderer was a shaman. So after i knew the truth i was preparing to go back report it. Who knows that in the next moment that shaman also tries to kill me. I was lucky to escaped that time. I'm hiding at a cave in the depth of forest near Haran City. Please send some backup soon!

Glancing at the note, Clara sighed.
"Poor guy, he must be dead on his way to search some foods."
She then turned her eyes to Kevin.
"What do you think?" She asked, because her instinct tell her that this shaman was related to the shaman she encountered on the inn she stayed before.
"Hmmmm..So there was a massacre case hundred years ago. I wonder what the reason behind that massacre. If that shaman dare to massacre people hundred years ago, it doesn't mean the same case will not happen once again."
Kevin paused for a while, he continued "I mean if that shaman related to the shaman we encountered on Inn. Then this case will happen again in the near future. It could be one years or ten years later."
Clara gasped and gulped hard before asked "So what should we do?"
"Nothing." Kevin replied then added "We should't intervene on this matter anymore. You just saw the note and you can tell that he's dead because he investigated the shaman. Do you want to be the next prey of that shaman?" Clara shook her head swiftly.
"So be obedient now, just leave it to the official. But don't expect it too much, the official were full of garbage. You can see that the case were not solved and getting abandoned for hundred years."
"For now just focus on your training and survive. Luckily you met me! A handsome sorcerer that can guide you around." He joked to relieve the tension atmosphere. She snorted in denial but her lips curled upward.
In the next few hours Clara forgot about all things related to shaman and just focused on her training. Glancing at her pocket watch she began to pack up her things. She also didn't forgot to close the secret room. Leaving the cave, Clara took a deep breath of fresh air. After exhaling she placed her palm on the ground.
The ground become become rising all of sudden covering the cave entrance. She smiled at her smartness to cover the cave entrance.
"Lets go." She speak loudly and begin walking to Haran City direction.
