"Please!" Clara exclaimed excitedly. Clara immediately packed up all her belonging and followed the receptionist.
Outside library area.
The receptionist lead Clara whom acting like a child that finally got a new toys to a a small corridor beside receptionist desk.
"We've arrived." The receptionist sound make Clara more excited. She then eyed the door of room in front of him. The door is actually full black color with many runes attached to it. The receptionist then knocked the door twice. Not long after that, a voice sounded from inside.
"Come in." Both of them entered the room and Clara was shocked too see the inside of it. There's definitely a lot of book there, but that's not what makes Clara shocked. The fact that all the book were flying was.
"Wow!!" Clara exclaimed not noticing the weird look from the man inside. The man turned his head toward the receptionist with a face seemed asking 'What is she doing here?'
The woman immediately answered his doubt.
"She's new on this city." The man raised his eyebrow seems asking to continue her explanation.
"She just visited library yesterday and when i'm telling her about magic stories she was excited about it. Then i offering her a tour to your work room to see a magic. And that's what brought us here right now." The man nodded at her explanation and glanced toward the intruder whom seems so immersed on her own world.
After a long time passed and seeing the intruder still on her own world, the man began coughing loudly to awake her. Hearing a sudden loud cough, Clara wake up from her thought. She then looked at the man who has been coughed and scratched her back head and smiled awkwardly.
She extended her hand awkwardly to the man.
"I'm Clara Luwiss." She decided to lie about her last name, incase the man in front of her was the mastermind behind her ambush attempt. She decided to play safe because she can't trust no one now except Kevin and maybe Lucas?
"Luwiss?" The man furrowed his eyebrows hearing the familiar name, but still accepted her extending hand.
"Yes. There's a lot of people that reacted like you. Its as expected because Luwiss was the last name of Kevin Luwiss, the talented young sorcerer." Said Clara calmly.
The man suddenly clapped his fist to his palm seemed like enlightened.
"Oh i remember. So you have a last name like that boy huh? That's why i feel like i've been heard that name before."
"Yes uncle. Can i call you uncle?" Clara smiled toward him.
"Just call me Uncle Liam. And i can call you Clara right?" He smiled back to her.
"Yes Uncle Liam just call me Clara." Seeing the person in front of him warmly welcomed her, Clara didn't feel good if she rejected it.
Uncle Liam then glanced at Kevin whom has been held by Clara entire time.
"Little Clara where did you got that book from?" He eyed the book with a squinted eyes.
Clara startled immediately hearing his question. Is he sensing something from Kevin? Clara decided to tell the same lie as Lucas to Uncle Liam.
"Its a book that gifted from my family when i was a child. Its like a talisman that soothing my heart whenever something bad happen. So i was customed to always bring it along with me."
Kevin was delighted hearing her reasons despite its only a lie. He then glanced to the man that seems on his 30s and thinking suspiciously. He already hide his trace of magic properly, then how can he sensing something wrong with me? Then Kevin glanced to Clara and felt of relief seeing the man not sensing a trace of magic from Clara. Clara is only level 1 magician and only have been awakened recently. Maybe that's why he didn't sense it.
"Oh..I just sensed a little trace of magic from it." The man stroke his chin seemed in deep ponder.
Seeing Uncle Liam seems interested with Kevin Clara feel panicked and tries to change the topic.
"Hehe Uncle Liam so i was kind interested with this flying book. Do you mind telling me what kind of magic this it?"
Uncle Liam decided not to investigate Kevin any further because its rude to invade someone privacy. Beside he's only knew her just now.
"Its a space magic that casted by a rune right here." The man pointed his finger into a strange rune that glowing with a grey color.
Clara looked at the rune and admired it immediately because the magic casted by it. Its only a small rune yet it caused a wonderful magic like this. She turned her head to Uncle Liam and excitingly said.
"Uncle, how can i make this kind of rune?"
"Cough .. little Clara, its hard to say because the rune was gifted by my superior. I'm only a worker that sent here to do a couple of magic works. The magic pen that I used to copy a book was also sent by my superior. " Uncle Liam feels bad seeing her disappointed look, but he also cannot reveal the secret magic easily. If that ever happens he'll definitely be punished severely.
"Its alright Uncle. But i'm wondering how the process to become a magician? I'm really interested into magic. But i don't even know how to become magician."
"Ummm..If you're interested you can come to the Capital and we'll see about it. If you passed the test you can become a magician immediately."
"So is there any particular things that you need to do to passed the test?"
"I can't reveal it Clara. Its a confidential matter. All you need to do is come to Magic Council Tower and directly asked the receptionist about your purpose coming there."
Clara nodded understandingly, but in her heart she has not any interest on it. She had too many on her plate now, that she didn't have time to include capital on it. She glanced to Kevin and thought happily.
'Why must go there hardly, when there is a free teacher beside me?'
