"What would you like to have for dinner?" Maria asked Ye Ji.
For a moment there silence. Maria could hear her breath.
Ye Ji had hid herself under her bed. It wasn't a new thing but whenever other maids saw her they would be shocked as why their miss was under the bed.
"Miss?" Maria called out again panicking a bit for why her miss wasn't answering back.
"I...will eat my parents today."
Maria was shocked at that answer. The last time Ye Ji had eaten with her parents was 3 years ago, during Christmas and it didn't go well. Ye Ji ended up having a stroke and was rushed to the hospital as soon as they could.
After that she ate alone.
"With...your parents?" Maria asked with eyes full of tears. She was happy for her little miss.
Maria had been there since she was 14. She was an orphan and was taken in by Mr and Mrs. Byun when Ye Ji was only a year old. Maria thought of Ye Ji as her own sister.
"...yes. I will have with them." Ye Ji replied from under the bed.
"Okay, Miss! I will inform the Lady!" Maria said happily and walked out of her room.
Ye Ji slowly crawled out from under her bed. In her hand there was her laptop.
She kept her laptop on her bed and opened it.
"King National University," she read softly at the website.
"Owned by the King Family, located on Seoul, East District. Best university in the world for Medical science."
'Mom studied here.'
She strolled down and saw the admission form.
Ye Ji hadn't gone to school but she had gone to give her exams thought.
She was born with no flaws, or likely created by the author as a girl with no flaws, she was created time be perfect. Pick up anything, she was faster than a computer.
"Fuck this shit." she mummered and closed her eyes.
. . . .
"Sir! Madam!" Maria ran in inside her masters room without even knocking.
"Maria! Is everything thing fine?" a woman in her late 40s asked being shocked at how the maid walked in without knocking.
Byun Ye Min had pitch black hair just like Ye Ji and green eyes. Both mother and daughter had fair skin and anyone who saw the two could definitely tell the two were related, not only because of their similarities but their beauty.
She had a medical book in her hand and was sitting on the bed with her husbands head on her lap.
Her husband, Byun Tae Ji, was quite good looking as well. He had grey hair which was perfectly trimmed. His stormy grey eyes were staring at his wife's pink lips.
The couple and their kid seemed like the perfect definition of a "Beautiful Family".
"Ma'am! Sir! Young Miss..!" she said nervously with a smile.
"Ye Ji, what happened to her?" Byun Tae Ji asked as soon as he heard "Young Miss".
He hadn't payed attention to anything before that but when he heard his daughter name, it immediately grabbed his attention.
"Calm down, honey!" Byun Ye Min said keeping down her book.
She turned at the maid and smiled, "Maria, go on."
"Young Miss...she wants to have dinner." she said.
The couple rolled their eyes at the reply. They thought it was much more serious. They knew sometimes their daughter would not eat her dinner but it was nothing new.
"Is that why you were so happy?" Byun Tae Ji asked disappointed.
"No!" she yelled out. The two was taken aback at the maid yelling.
"She wants to have dinner...with the two of you."
The couple looked at each other and smiled.
"Is it April's Fool today?" Ye Min asked.
"Trust me! Young Miss said it herself!"
The two looked at each other. They knew that their maid wouldn't lie like this way.
Ye Min's eyes filled with tears. Tae Ji huuged his wife.
"She is finally opening up to us!" Ye Min cried out.
"I knew this day would come!" Tae Ji said hugging his wife.
"Tell the chef to make all my daughter's favourite dishes!" Tae Ji ordered Maria.
The maid nodded and walked from the room closing the door behind.
Finally their daughter was opening up to them.
