~ Third Person's Point of View ~
"Princess Alice! Wake up!"
"Wake up, you are just dreaming!"
Sahara tried to wake the princess but Alice was moaning loudly in the middle of deep sleep.
"Hmmm." Alice moaned while she was moving her head side to side. She was sweating profusely and she was raising her arms. As if like she was reaching something or someone.
The young woman became too worried about the princess. It must be a bad dream that making her hard to open her eyes and came back to reality.
For the nth trials, Sahara shook her shoulders and exclaimed. "IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP, PRINCESS ALICE! OR ELSE YOU WILL BE DEAD AND CANNOT SAVE YOUR KINGDOM! YOUR YOUNGER SIBLING! i'm BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE WAKE UP NOW!"
It was indeed a motivational and encouraging way of becoming conscious. However, as Sahara is making ways to awaken the princess, Billy and Cartlon came back from the forest.
Both of them are breathing deeply while carrying and guiding a woman who's on her mid-forties. Billy said, "Sahara! Please get basil with lukewarm water and a clean towel!"
Cartlon did not saw Alice who's currently having a nightmare. They are putting the woman into the chair while Sahara can only see their broad backs.
Sahara began to panic as she doesn't know what to do first. Is she will going to wake Alice up or obey what has Billy said.
The young woman is sweating profusely too. She then exclaimed, "I can not leave Princess Alice like this, Billy!"
Sahara continues to her mission, unfortunately, it didn't work out yet. Billy replied, "Come on! She needs to feel warm and clean, Sahara!"
Out of nowhere, Sahara screamed furiously. "PRINCESS ALICE IS HAVING A NIGHTMARE! I CANNOT LEAVE HER HERE ALONE OR ELSE, SHE WILL BE DEAD!"
Without questions, Cartlon lifted up his head and looked at where the princess is lying. He saw how Sahara shook her body and how Alice moves her head back and forth.
He then quickly left Billy and the woman without uttering any single word. He abruptly went closer to Alicehat left his mouth and eyes wide open.
Cartlon asked, "What happened to the princess, Sahara? Why does she's making horribly?" He touched the princess's forehead and wipes out her sweats.
He then slowly caress her hair while waiting for the young woman's response. She replied, "I do not know either, swordsman! Earlier, I was just sewing my broken dress, and then I heard the princess moaning relentlessly. I thought she was conscious, so I did continue with my work. Until she mumbled words while sleeping!"
"It must be a nightmare! Hurry up. Bring with me the hot tea that she loves to drink Sahara. It will help a lot."
In a hurry, Sahara runs and boil the remaining tea. She then put it on the wooden bowl and give to Cartlon. She said, "Here, swordsman! Luckily I did not throw it away."
Cartlon let the princess inhale the smokes coming from the hot tea. He turned his head and said in a calm and soft voice, "Billy! Clean first her wound, then let her eat and drink a cup of hot tea."
The young boy began to panic upon realizing what is happening. He quickly put his weapon into nowhere and replied, "Aye, swordsman!"
By then, Billy whispered into the woman. "Please, do wait for me here! I will get something to clean you up!"
The woman nodded her head and smiled sweetly. She replied in a weak voice, "I owe you my life, young man. May He bless you with a marvellous future."
Billy shook his head and went onto the dirty kitchen.
On the other side, Cartlon tried many times to wake the princess but he failed to make it. How can be this nightmare became too risky and dangerous?
Sahara exclaimed, "Your majesty! It's time to wake up, please! Cartlon is here and he is ready to ask you an apology! Please, wake up now!"
Tears springing into her eyes as Alice's body was shaking. Her arms are still upright while her head moved in an unusual way.
"Alice! Alice! Alice! Do you hear me? Do you hear my voice? Do you hear Sahara's crack voice? It's time for you to go back home, remember we need to find Shaotzie. Alice, please wake up!" Cartlon as man is undeniable strong and can endure everything even the love he kept in his heart for so long.
However, as he stares at the suffering princess it feels like there's someone stabbing his chest.
Sahara caress her soft and wet cheeks. Slowly, she leaned closer to Alice and whispered into her ears, hoping that it can help her. She said, "Wake up, your majesty. Wake up! Princess Shaotzie is waiting for you to save her."
All of them are hopeless, especially after Sahara whispered something. A couple of minutes passed yet Alice is not waking up.
Then Sahara screamed so loud, "YOUR SISTER NEEDS YOU, PRINCESS ALICE! HEAR ME, HEAR MY VOICE. HEAR ME CRY! PLEASE, WAKE UP!"
Right then, Alice abruptly opened her eyes. She then put aside her arms and looks at Sahara and Cartlon. She asked, "What happened? Where is the infected prince? Where are Billy and Cartlon?!"
Alice never imagined that she will be having an odd dream. It seems real and natural.
Sahara looked away as she tried to sink in everything. She sighed so deep out of her relief and comfort that finally, Alice came back to reality and did not live in her odd dream.
Alice asked, "Cartlon, why does Sahara is crying? And, why do you looked stunned and paled upon seeing me?!"
The swordsman cannot utter even a single word when the princess woke up with her own. He replied, "Infected Prince? Calm down Alice, because you are having a nightmare. We've been trying to arouse you but you were moaning so loud."
The princess quickly opened her right hand and realized that it was just an odd dream. That she saw nothing but a soft and paled palm of her.
Alice scanned her arms too but she cannot find any wounds or bruises. In other words, it wasn't real all along.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
