She Soya already had her plan laid out. Her target was already set. She just needed someone to carry out the plan.
Her easiest target was the kitchen. She was still thinking when the maids from the kitchen brought her lunch.
'It seems fate is on my side she thought'. The maids were about to leave when She Soya stopped the maid at the back.
"I want to talk about the meal I want for the rest of the day." she said. The maid she stopped nodded and beckoned to her colleagues to leave. "Sit" She Soya said to her. She sat nervously. "Do you know any maid that attends to the meals of the Crown Prince?" she asked.
The maid sighed in relief before answering "There is Gam Quin, Soo Ya, Feng Dei." She Soya nodded. "Who deals with the tea and snacks." she asked again. "Soo Ya" the maid replied.
"When you get the kitchen, tell her that I want to see her." She Soya said throwing a bag of money on the table. "Take it, no one... I mean no one hears about our conversation". " Yes Consort." the maid said. She took the money and left the chamber.
When the maid left, She Soya instructed her maid to follow her.
'I have to be careful' she thought. Five months later, Fei Shu was busy doing an embroidery of a phoenix Xinjiang called "Your Grace". "Hmm" Fei Shu answered. "Don't you think it's being a long time since the consorts tried to annoy you". The statement made Fei Shu pause. Zhengzhou had reported that they seemed to quiet down their meetings. But out of all the consorts, She Soya seemed the quietest. 'What could she be planning' Fei Shu thought.
She Soya was not the type to accept defeat. She had once told Fei Shu that her position would soon be hers - that was two weeks after the King had crowned her head consort.
Fei Shu shook her head and said " Xinjiang, tell Zhengzhou to keep an eye on her". Xinjiang bowed "Yes, Your Grace"
