Chapter 7 - Splash n' Dash- Dieter's Perspective

I was walking up the stairs of Arabelle's building. I was exited. It was nice when I talked to her that she didn't know who I was. When leaving, I did see her pink haired friend tell her something to which her bottom jaw dropped, so I think she knows who I am now but it's not like it's a secret. She didn't tell me a lot about her but that just made me more intrested. As I was getting closer to her apartment, my anxiety started to kick in. Maybe a water park wasn't the best idea. My mind started to imagine Arabelle in a swim suit and I felt my cheeks burn red.

'Stop it you perv!' I told myself slapping my face slightly. I got really close to her door, heart pounding. Then, the pink haired girl came out of the place next door. She looked at me, raised an eyebrow, looked me up and down and nodded approvingly.

'You here for Ari.' she said with a motion of her head to Arabelle's door.

'Haha...yeah.' I said in the most awkward way possible. I put my hand out 'Die-'

'Dieter Harris.' she interrupted and shaking my hand. I shuffled awkwardly. This was a very intimidating woman.

'Harper Francis.' she said walking past me and patting my shoulder. She stopped, looked at my arm and squeezed my bicep. She nodded again approvingly and swayed off.

I got to the door and knocked. She answered the door and it took every ounce of me not to stare at her. She was in her casual clothes that she was going to change out of anyway but she looked gorgeous. Her t-shirt was cropped and showed her toned middle. She had shorts on the showed off her lovely legs. She had one long braid in her jet black hair that curled down off her shoulder. Her eyes were bright which gave them a dreamy look. She was wearing no makeup and she had faint freckles scattered on her nose.

'Shall we go?' I said with my arm out. I felt stupid. Who offers their arm out to someone at a trip to the water park? I was about to put my arm back down when I felt her too little hands and arms snake around mine. She looked up and smiled at me. I smiled back and we started to walk down to the lobby, arm in arm.

'I ran into your friend.' I said

'Harper?' I forgot how calm her voice was.

'Yeah, she's very...intimidating.' I said with a chuckle.

'Really? Harper is usally a sweetheart.' she giggled. Her little laugh was adorable.

We got to the water park. I forgot how nice this place was.

'We'll go change and meet on the beach?' I offered. She nodded and hurried into the changing room. I didn't really have to change my clothes that much, just take off my shirt. I found a place at the fake beach the water had a wave machine and the sand had an army of deck chairs and a bar on a decking. I put down the bag of snacks and lay on the sun lounger waiting for Arabelle. I wondered if she thought this was a date or a friendly trip out. I didn't even know what I thought this was.

'It's lovley' I heard Arabelle's calm voice say.

'Ye-'

I was meant to say 'yes it is' but as I turned around I saw her walking up. She had taken her hair down and it was reaching her waist. She had chosen a navy swim suit that clung to her perfectly, it had a low neck line but not too low. Her white shawl swayed behind her in the wind which made her look like a model. She was carrying her small flip flops in one hand and the other was shielding her gorgeous eyes from the sun. This was definitely the most beautiful women I had ever seen.
