He pulled his sword from the back of the crippled mess of a man on the ground. The man was bloodied and had cuts and stab wounds all over his arms and legs. His armor was in tatters from the constant beating it took from all the swords and the blunt damage delivered by the kicks.
The chainmail was ripped and was fully exposed and showed his flesh on parts of his arms. The Brigandines fabric was unearthly ripped exposing the steel that was inside of it and even that was dented and moved across the place. He suspected that most likely all the bones in his chest was broken and he should be killed shortly after this fight.
He frowned and began to walk toward one of the injured, the first man that got struck by folke. He looked at the wound he received closely to only find out that the padded armor was almost completely cut through as if it was butter, This stuff was thick because of the climate and that they had to protect the village constantly from external threats. If a sword was to strike this armor it would at least cut a few layers and cause internal damage to the wearer but for the sword to completely cut through this many layers it . ..
He saw that his friend was beyond saving this wound was most likely rib shattering which included more internal damage and even if he got to the village doctor he would still die so he stood up and walked away from his friend's body.
The guard placed his sword on his shoulder and looked at his handy work with disgust. He'd turn his head to look at his buddies that were on the ground rolling around in agony from the strikes they suffered. One of the wounded had a deep wound and was bleeding profusely the man had managed to cut through the trousers with ease and caused them a deep debilitating leg wound to him.
``Pick them up and go to the medic, That other bastard should die in a second or so.`` He turned his back on the corpse and shouted some orders to the others to wake them from their lack of movement. The men were mostly shocked that the man in front of them could be so resilient and debilitate their friends so easily.
He began to walk but he heard quick footsteps behind him, He turned quickly and was met with a sharp sword plunging into his neck he started to gurgle but then, the sword cut to the left and half decapitated him.
The body hit the ground hard causing the men to turn around and stare at what just happened to their leader who was behind the entire group.
The men turned around in surprise and fear, the man that they just presumed dying was standing in front of them. But he looked different.
His skin was crackling and it looked like his wounds were bright orange and cracking like if fire was constantly leaking out of them. His eyes had completely changed to that of determination to kill them all before, that was more bearable but now they were indifferent in the matter like he wasn't there at all but doing some sort of leisurely activity.
The dead man rushed forward with only a sword in hand, his shield was tossed aside in the brutal beating that he had received. When he reached the first man he jumped and did a roundhouse kick to his face. The first man's head snapped to the side and he was sent a great distance back.
The body of the first man's head had snapped completely off exposing bones of the neck that previously held the head together. The guard in the back turned his head and saw that the man's face was completely in shock. He barely was ready.
The dead was not done there as soon as he landed he crouched slightly and leapt up and spun 90 around grabbing his sword with both hands and did a thrusting stab up into someone else's neck. They barely had time to react to his roundhouse and when he was preparing he was already dead by the time.
Another guard who was hard headed was charging forward while the dead was in the midst of stabbing out someone's neck, The dead ducked under his clearly telegraphed charged horizontal attack taking advantage of his speed and flipped him over his shoulder as he was ripping his sword diagonally down and out of another man's neck.
The body fell backward causing his sword to bounce and fall in front of the feet of Folke.
He grabbed the dead man's sword and stood up looking at the other two guards preparing a chained attack. He stomped the guard on the ground's neck, debilitating him. He readied both swords and charged forward his skin glowing brighter.
Both men presented him his shield and waited for his attack to swiftly counter attack him. They both heard a large thud right behind them and coughed up blood onto a sword that pierced their neck. It abused their sight and leaped over them stabbing both of them into the back of the neck with a reverse hand gripped.
It dragged both of the bodies to the ground by simply relaxing his arms to his sides. He was staring at the last guard who was tightly gripping his sword and shield in both arms. His sanity had gone down as he witnessed Folke's action. `This man is inhuman!`
Folke changed from reverse grip to a normal grip, he took a step forward causing the guard to respond with a step back. He then responded with a dash forward, his first sword readied for a thrust while the other sword was simply being brought along for the ride.
The man readied a counter attack for it, when it brung his thrust forward he blocked the attack and did a swift counter attack aimed at the demon's head. It moved forward to the left of the man and swiftly duck under the attack with inhumane reflexes whilst striking harshly into his back leg with the second sword.
The man was forced to kneel and looked up at folke, to see it raising his other sword already swinging down toward his neck.
Thud!
The head landed harshly on to the ground next to its body. It only took a glance at this and continued with his mission. He dropped the secondary sword and approached a house, his hand bursting into flames The cracks on his skin focusing into lines toward this area of flames.
The flame then harshly blew out of his hand onto the building next to him, causing a huge fire to occur. He did this process all over the village before heading toward the massive long house where the feast was being held in.
He left the three injured guards to wail and scream, he didn't place them in the buildings and he didn't touch them either.
