Folke stumbled throughout the woods, gripping onto branches and falling down onto his face. He placed his hands under him and pushed himself back up heavily wounded from the fight. ``Host, had been given power to defeat quest, quest item lost.`` Folke couldn't hear the system and the system chose not to write the message across his eyes.
He continued to struggle getting up to his feet, He stumbled through the forest some more until he reached the entrance of his house to see the door opening. Annie peeked her head out and saw the heavily wounded folke.
She was about to rush back inside and pray for forgiveness when she saw his many wounds and his broken armor that was strewn across his body in various positions, along with the blood and deep wounds that were on his arms and legs.
`` Hey, Idiot get out here!`` She fully got outside the door and looked at Folke condescendingly. She walked forward to the barley conscious and fumbling folke. She looked at him up and down and folke continued to struggle forward on his feet toward the house.
`He looks like shit, he might die If i kicked up some dust on his leg.` She took a few steps back watching folke seemingly walk past her toward the house. Her buddy at the same time also exited the house and looked at Folke holding a broken piece of wood.
When he saw Folke he rushed forward and bunked him square across the face with the piece of wood knocking folke out. He stepped back surprised that his captor fell down so easily compared to last time.
He looked directly at his leader annie and she looked back at him and shrugged ``We need to leave quickly, he probably is gonna die from those wounds no need to mutilate a body.`` She turned around and began to run into the woods quickly.
The man shortly followed her after a short pause.
``System won't be in use for two weeks because of usage of power.`` The words came across his eyes and he just stood there in a void of his own consciousness. He never had been in this kind've place before but he didn't think much of it either. He was tired and wanted to go to sleep even inside his conscious.
. . . .
``General ! `` A man in chainmail and plated leggings with a spiked helmet shouted in unison with five other men in the same position. A women on a horse strolled forward passing the line of men to look at the destroyed burning village.
``Set up the perimeter and search the forest for any survivors.`` She said plainly as she looked at the village. She had black hair with a cute face but had a tiny scar climbing down her cheek. She didn't dawn armor the same way as her men did; she only wore some heavy winter clothing instead with a sword down her side.
``Yes, Ma'am!`` They rushed forward to the army of men she had brought with her and began to shout the same exact thing she said in an aggressive and ordering tone.
-----------
In the forest two men were searching for someone or something.
``Why did we have to get enlisted in her services. . .``
``Shh, You better hope one of those dogs of hers doesn't hear a word of what you say next.``
``It's only us out here relax man.``
``Don't relax man me, Didn't you see what she did to those men who bad mouthed her!``
His buddy lowered his eyes ``You're right mate, better safe than sorry.``
They both walked in silence for a bit until they discovered upon a little shack in the forest, They didn't immediately draw their swords because they thought it was most likely a woodsman's house. They got closer to it and saw the fallen unconscious body of folke.
They both unsheathed their swords and began to approach the unconscious man, constantly darting their eyes around them and turning their backs to look for anyone else except the man. It could've been a trap from all they knew, The generals loved these kind of traps torturing a man from the army and placing them in a place so that their troops may ambush unlucky saviors.
``Call the dogs, I will stick around here with the man.`` The first man ushered his companion to move fast.
The second man turned quickly and began to dash into the woods finding one of the so called 'dogs' which were just second in command in the massive army that they had. It was pretty easy to find them too.
``Sir!`` The soldier began.
